I recently had the misfortune of dining at this so-called taco place and it was a complete disaster. The fatty steak they served was absolutely disgusting, it tasted like they just scraped it off the bottom of a trash can. The sour cream was watery and had no flavor, it was like they just added water to stretch it out. And don't even get me started on the dry rice, it was like eating cardboard.
But what really ruined my experience was the owner, who was not only rude but also racist. He told me to shut up when I complained about the quality of the food, as if I was the problem. It was clear that he had no respect for customers who were not part of his own race.
I would never recommend this place to anyone, unless you enjoy eating terrible food served by a racist owner. Avoid this place at all costs.
I appreciate the hospitality and customer service of the front counter staff as you are welcomed/greeted before placing your order. The atmosphere is pleasant and not very noisy and I enjoy the fact that there's not heavy "people traffic" coming in and going out. I love that your order is never a long wait! Sometimes, the cooks in the back sing when they're excited and enjoy themselves as they prepare your food--which is a "treat"! Lastly, the weekly specials are amazing! Taco Tuesdays/Thursdays are awesome for me personally. Shout out to Ms. Carla, the amazing, beautiful cashier! Great place to dine at and the whole staff is just very kind, courteous, hospitable, and respectful! Take full advantage of this wonderful place to eat and their specials are so great and "easy on the pockets" for those needed moments ????.
I came here on break time and order a burrito, but sure isn’t very authentic style. However, my father had ordered some fajitas and was given quesadillas w/ cheese. Him on the other hand cannot eat cheese. He didn’t mind the order being wrong, but just wanted his fajitas. Yet, they didn’t comp the order and gave him his money back. Remind you he hasn’t ate an inch of the quesadillas or any bit. Then on top of that he still wanted his fajitas and was charged still as a new order. One would have thought they would have just ask the price difference, but was being charged the full price. This is bad customer service and sure isn’t the most knowledgeable place to understand the customer and mistakes that were made. This should have been an easy fix. Yet, was made so difficult! This is coming for a person of experience on working with customer daily.
I ordered from here sometime just because of the convenience but it’s definitely NOT our families favorite due to authenticity and ability of staff to get the order correct but normally they are willing to correct their errors but I placed an order the other day and 2 out of the 4 items were completely prepared wrong. The steak nachos I ordered with ONLY cilantro, onion, fresh jalapeño(not nacho jalapeños- you MUST say because otherwise they don’t know what you’re talking about) & Chihuahua cheese (they don’t have) so you say mozzarella cheese(white cheese NOT nacho cheese also MUST say because again no clue) and steak tacos combo dinner but I explained to the young lady that I have a dairy allergy so I can’t have cheese on the tacos or in the beans. She repeated the order back to me correctly without any problems. I get home and what do I have but nachos loaded up with beans, guacamole, sour cream the works & my taco dinner with cheese everywhere. I called the restaurant back and the young lady seemed confused but stated I could come back so they could correct the wrong items. Nonetheless when my husband returned to the restaurant she was still confused about what to do so at this point I just told him to ask for a refund which has to be done by the manager who will be in the next day. She took down our information for him to call me. The manager was the most RUDE, IGNORANT and RIDICULOUS person I have spoken to. He only wanted to debate and argue about what the restaurant has and what the meals have on them!! Never once did he apologize for the error or inconvenience and when I told he “look I don’t have time to keep going round and round with you I’m only asking for a refund”. He replied bring me the other items and I will refund you. I told he there was nothing wrong with the other 2 items I’m ONLY asking that you refund me the 2 meals that were incorrect that were already brought back (which he stated were still in the fridge). Talk about a mess that stretched out over a couple of days! Just plain ridiculous. We will DEFINITELY NOT be returning and make sure EVERYONE we encounter knows to avoid this place at all cost.
Customer service very fast. Food was on time. Very delicious. Cashier was training but did very good with pace and customer service. The guy Mike was very kind and helpful. A very nice place to come. And best tacos in suburbs
The food is awesome EVERYTIME. It is my guilty pleasure. Packed with flavor. Always fresh to order in person and via courier service. My favorite is the steak tostadas and birria tacos. They never disappoint. 5 Stars all around.
EVERYTHING about this place was amazing! Customer service was very personable. Spoke english, helpful with food choice. You can tell they make everything fresh. The flavors were on point! We ordered chicken and shrimp fijatis, steak tacos on corn, beans and rice. Out of all the places we have ever been, I will drive the 25 mins over and over again for more Whata tacos!
We enjoyed that the owner came to our table and talked with us for a few moments. Very nice inside. 10 out of 10!
Walked in quite a few folks I knew it must of been good and very reasonable. I had a delicious shrimp tostado loaded with shrimp and a cod taco appeared to be a whole filet. Really tasty. The cashier was very friendly.
