The best fried chicken in Pensacola! They are always very friendly, fast and exceptionally delicious. The onion rings are also the best I've ever had in a restaurant, very light, crispy & flavorful.
Boy let me tell ya. These guys have something really special going on in Pensacola, Florida. This chicken sandwich was well seasoned and fried to perfection. The bacon was crispy, the fried green tomato was like melted cheese the way it was cooked. The cluck sauce was very tasty. The bun was crisp and buttery, in a good way. Honestly, the sandwich was perfect. On Thursday only, they sell a whole Cornish hen, fried and seasoned to perfection. By happenstance, and I’m glad it happened that we stumbled upon this place. I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in the Pensacola area. The pictures does no justice.
As you can see I ordered several items off the menu. The jerk chicken wrap was spectacular. The fried moon pie tasted like pancakes. Every thing was delicious. Will definitely return.
Get yourself ready for the best chicken sandwich in Pensacola. The Cali Clucker is perfection. Succulent and juicy chicken. Crisp veggies. Creamy avocado. Crisp bacon. And grilled bread. This may be the best sandwich ever. Pair it with some perfectly crispy seasoned tater tots or fries. I prefer the tots, but they had sold out when I went and took this photo.
Enjoyed a meal here today wirh my boyfriend and friends. I got the "clucking club" boyfriend had a chicken and waffles and friend had wings. All the food was DELICIOUS! 10/10.
Great place to eat. Food was delicious and pricing for portion was good. I don't know what kinda seasoning they put on the friess but their addicting.
The absolute best collard greens you will ever have. Nothing else compares. Some really good people also!
I got to try What the Cluck last night for the first time. I was totally blown away. Everything was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. I had the pensacola hot chicken sandwich and an order of onion rings. The oil and spice mix the sandwich was tossed in was perfectly spicy with a hint of sweet. Exactly what I’m looking for when I order “Nashville hot” style chicken or other local approximations. It was so good I’m going back again tonight. Go try this awesome local option as soon as you can.
