1st time using this specific weatherspoons. Again, the place is big, it's clean and a decent atmosphere. Staff are friendly and polite.
The food is pub grub, but for the price, u pay. I'd say it was excellent value.
I like food and tbh, I haven't had a complaint to date.
If it's cheap and cheerful with a decent taste. I'd recommend
I don't drink, so I can't comment on alcohol choices, prices, or tastes.
The coffee from the machines has a good wee choice and free refills...what more can u ask for.
Always a fairly decent meal at a fair price EXCEPT they don't offer a substitute on breakfast dishes....
Not EVERYONE likes baked beans???? and they are included in every fried breakfast plate ????
Service can be hit or miss depending on how busy it is .
Staff are mostly friendly.As for lackluster service the Kilmarnock branch is definitely not the worst for this.
That title firmly belongs to the Ayr branch ????????
A standard Wetherspoon's and not too busy. A CAMRA SOCIAL visit, so real ale was very tasty. Meal wanted (steak pudding meal) was not available, had to have an alternative,which spoilt the visit.
Only gave food a 1 as I did not have any and I've no idea what it is like, however there were plenty of people, including families in dining so take what you want from that. Staff are great and nothing is too much trouble.
It's a Wetherspoons so you'll get what you pay for. It's good enough food at a reasonable price
Burger was disgusting,, processed, dont know what,Looked like patty.defo not beef!!! One small bite was enough. It Was luke warm, and the half a dozen chips.
You genuinely cannot beat wetherspoons for quality meals at very very reasonable prices. In today's economic climate, a place to go to eat and drink in great company in lovely surroundings, without breaking the bank, is to be cherished. Their app enabling the ordering and paying of food and drink direct to your table, is brilliant. Especially if the bar is queued. Always guaranteed my business. A++++++++++
