Firstly they only accept cash or you can bank transfer but it is such a hassle to bank transfer when they can get machine which i don't understand.The sausage and chips i ordered came dry and undercooked, The sausage looked and tasted as if its been sat in the hot holding area for half a year. I don't know if its the batter they use or how they make they fry it (using fresh oil etc), but the everything tasted bland and dry. Other than that customer service is good but the shop is really old and run down for the amount of attention it gets i would have thought they would have done a better job at keeping it in good condition.
By Far the best chippie in Hartlepool. Portions are really good and good value too. Always delicious and the team are brilliant. If you're looking for fish and chips this is a must..

ITS FRIDAY NIGHT AM GETTING RIGHT EXCITED ???? IM PICKING UP MY MATE AT HALF PAST FIVE ???? WE BOOGIED DOWN TO THE HOTTEST SPOT IN TOWN IT WAS GREAT! We even bumped into ellie ellie hanwell and she got chips aswell!!! Cheap price GREAT TAST AND LOVELY STAFF ????
