I have known the owner, Sam, for the last eight years since he was in University Auto. He is passionate about the cars and honest. He always take good care of my our cars. He is easy to communicate. His prices are fair. I was initially nervous when I no longer found him in University Auto. Later, I’m glad to learn that he has his own shop, Westside Auto Pros.
Cesar helped me out and got me the best deal in town. He was honest about the price and it was done quickly.

Sam is the best mechanic in town. He is honest and hard working. My entire family has been taking our vehicles to him for the past 6 years. He has reasonable prices, and we have never had any issues with his workmanship.
Westside Pros is the best auto shop I have ever dealt with. My car was damaged by debris coming off another vehicle in El Paso during a cross-country military move. I had my vehicle towed to them because of their consistent good reviews, and they got it fixed very quickly to get me back on the road, with a quality repair at a great price. The people working here are extremely professional, kind, and helpful. I cannot recommend this shop enough - there's a reason they have so many great reviews.
I got great, knowledgeable information on the damage. They were excellent at communicating and honest up front with estimates and time frames on the repair. They put in extra work on Saturday to get me on my way. This is an amazing team!

Told them I was having issues and explained what I fixed. They personally walked over to my car and pointed out the issues with the car and told me where to get the parts and how to do it. They said they couldn’t charge me for something they knew I could fix myself. Recommended to anybody looking for honest mechanics actually wanting to help out people and not charge if they don’t have too.
