Might be slightly biased because this was the first barbershop I've been to but had a great experience here. The guys were super chill and the shop has fun decor and great chairs. (Haircut was also good)

Good haircut but I left with a nasty case of barber's itch (a fungal infection of the scalp) because they used dirty hair tools. Never ever ever going here again (and I suggest you steer clear too). Not to mention it was costly too and the barber's kinda just treated you poorly.
These guys are great hands down. Great atmosphere and great haircuts/ beard work. Don't waste your time with some chain store haircut place, get in there and let these guys take care of you. Their prices are stupid reasonable and the haircuts are on point. You won't regret it.
Called and told them I wanted a long hair clean up. Went in a louis took me, seemed like a great guy, and I told him again I just wanted a little clean up, he asked if I wanted to keep the length and I told him yes. He then turned me away from the mirror and 30 minutes later I saw he cut the last 6 months of hair off my head!!!!! Except for the mullet he left! What the?! All I wanted was a little trim and clean up! Had him clean up mullet. Dude reaked of weed, then I explained to him how it would affect my future films and photos, he became rude and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.
Very nice people! They saw my pregnant wife walking restaurant to restaurant looking for a bathroom (all being closed) and offered to her if she needed to use their bathroom.

I came in for my appointment, a busy day on the Westside, and was a little late due to the traffic that is clearly visible from the shop. The other barber working had no way to reach the barber that my appointment was with. While I was waiting the barber in shop offered another person a walk in appointment before addressing the fact that I was there for my appointment. I have worked as a hairdresser before, and I’m not impressed by such a lack of professionalism
This place wasted my entire morning. I had made an appointment the night before and drove down from Los Gatos for my haircut, only to find out after waiting a half hour that they messed up and scheduled me for the next day, when I have work. Three other guys also had appointments at the same time and waited at least a half hour.
Nobody even asked for my name when I walked in, not even sure if they noticed me.
They offered me to continue waiting or come in the next day (when I have work). Since they were already at least a half hour behind and there were now 6 people waiting, I chose to leave.
