Recently changed ownership and since then service has gone down.
Made us wait 2 weeks for an item they owed us, which they only ordered in after we chased it up with them repeatedly. In the meantime had a prescription for an acute item sent here and had to wait a week for this and again only supplied us once we chased it up.
When I confronted the owner about the poor service, argued with me about taking responsibility instead of accepting that it was poor service on their part.
Safe to say we have gone elsewhere.
Pharmacist adil is very good guy supported me all the way with illness that i have, and he shows professionalism wherever my family needs guidance on medication, I am also looking forward for late night opening if the owner decide near in the future. Thnx to adil again for being professional.
I have recently been diagnosed with Cancer and needed to speak with a local pharmacy to check that they would have my medication in stock and that it could be delivered as I will need asap. Im currently titrating my Morphine. I chose Westpoint. I called at least 10 times yesterday and also sent an email. Telephone calls never got answered, last call being 8pm ish and no response to email query. Based on my experience as someone who is very poorly at the moment, I would not recommend this pharmacy. Excuses regarding being a busy pharmacy so telephone doesn't get answered is a you problem and should be dealt with asap as not a professional 'excuse' and excludes people who are unable to attend in person. Please dont use this as excuse, increase your workforce accordingly. NHS here by the way and will be highlighting these issues with GPC.
Generally speaking pharmacy is fine. However only 3 star as they never answer the phone. Usually on hold for 30 mins to an hour !
I was 5 minutes late, and their took away my appointment . In addition, the dentist was very rude and kept making unwelcome comments. Overall, it was just an awful experience, and i would not recommend it.
Very poorly stocked.
Don't answer the phone, so I had a wasted journey from the other side of town. Annoyingly, one member of staff was on a personal call in the back yard when I arrived, so I had to wait for 10 mins for someone else to appear from downstairs.
Dusty, grubby, and tatty pharmacy. Reading some of the owners' responses on here, it seems we should be thankful for this level of shoddy service.
I've literally had a more professional and pleasant experience when visiting a pharmacy in a developing country.

The best chemist I have ever used. The staff are so friendly and helpful and if you need they will go the extra mile for you. I would highly recommend this chemist. Delivery service excellent. Ordered prescriptions yesterday delivered today. Cannot fault at all.
