Scott and Jenn were terrific! They looked at my car right on time with my appointment, and gave me a very detailed fair estimate by the end of the day. I’ve had them do a few accident repairs over the years and have been delighted!

After a stressful week of dealing with my accident. The service was quick and very informative would definitely recommend. Even though my car ended up being totaled the process was quick and smooth.

Great place to do business with. They got my work van back in operation very quickly which I greatly appreciated. The repair work looks great. I would definitely recommend them.

In word...WONDERFUL! The workmanship amazing. The office staff/receptionist, Jennifer, OUTSTANDING. Due to covid, parts to repair my car after the accident took longer than usual to come in. Jennifer was quick to update me with almost every step if the process. On a scale of 1 - 10, 10 being the highest, I give them a 15!!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Scott is personable, professional and efficient. He and his team were really easy to work with. They had my car in and out quickly while I waited with my 1.5 year old son in the office (Leanna and Jennifer are the best office staff - super friendly and even put Zootopia on for my son), and they even washed and dried my car for me. I will definitely use them again if I should need to. Highly recommend.

A super clean shop with an involved owner (Scott) and knowledgeable person up front (Jennifer). First time here, but will be back when needed. Good communication makes the difference.

I stuck my head in the back and saw a wide range of high end vehicles as well as some classics too. That's a good sign.

Just know that if its an insurance claim, you should know the insurance company dictates to the shop what brand of parts are used... meaning aftermarket. But if you are not happy with the results, let them know and they will make it right.

The first time I came I came pre covid and was able to have my car looked at same day. No more then someone coming out to appraise the damage. Now post covid they asked me to come back 2 days later when I was already outside which is understandable post covid. I ended up 5 mins late as I work overnight and accidentally fell asleep so I called at 10:05 she told me they had left for the day already And told me to schedule for next week and was uncooperative when I asked if they would return today. The receptionist is rude and hides behind covid as a reason for their poor customer service. Im going to make it a personal mission to make sure no one deals with this business whatsoever. This place is not worth your money or time. There at more auto body places with bigger and better staff. Save your money. You will thank me later.
