I can honestly say thanks to the MATURITY of this cities people ,we have a clean, and respectful place on earth . And riding the bus is enjoyable.
It's... okay. Very noisy due to high volume traffic. Who had the bright idea of building this under a major highway overpass? Somewhat safe ways to cross over to nearby businesses, including a Target.

I really love the location. So nice it utilizes the under the bridge space in the shade. Brilliant decision. The pedestrian entrances/ exits need to be address and more cleary defined. Now if yall could just relocate the north lamar transfer center to under the 183 bridge before peyton..? It would be great!

It has been years since I last needed to use Capmetro. This Transit Center is in a very convenient location.
Never seems clean homeless drifters and trash surround the whole location where Capital Metro buses layover,Even the SUPERVISOR FROM CAPITAL METRO DOESN'T OBSERVE HOW DOG OR HUMAN CONDITION LINGER..THEY NEED TO POWER SPRAY EACH WEEK BLEACH AND DISINFECTING THE BENCHES..THEY CAN WITH THIS YEARS REVENUE 2023.
Being from New York I can say the public transportation system here sucks. Bus takes a while, to many transfers to get to one place. Driving it takes me 20 mins to get home from work, on the bus a little over an hr. I will say that the busses here are a lot cleaner, a lot emptier, and the QR feature is a good touch. The app makes it effortless to get your ticket. Please improve bus routes, and the amount of busses that come within the hour.
