Now, my EZ pass has been broken here. It couldn't be loaded, so I handed my EZ Pass to the woman at the tollbooth. Then she did something unbelievable. She took out the contents of her EZ pass. The warning says not to reveal the contents. The approval number barcode is affixed to the outside. I took out the contents without even reading it. Please do not leave people who cannot read at toll gates. Please compensate me.
Only two ez pass lanes open and one cash, a mile long line! Good job. We are paying to be late and waste our time waiting in line! Reduce it to one lane so you save some money atleast!

1:30AM: Only 2 lanes open and traffic is stopped for minutes. Why not open all lanes to EZ Pass? OPEN ALL LANES to keep traffic moving. Unbelievable Ohio. Why not reduce it to one lane to save money?
So when I crossed over from Illinois into Indiana the ticket booth machine was not issuing out tickets the help service intercom said something over the intercom that I didn't understand and let me through. Once I reached this toll the guy working the booth said that the toll will be $10 plus a $10 tip. He took my $20 bill and said have a good day. You can't Up charge people's money because your machines aren't working properly
Gage stayed open, we hope it saw our EZPASS but there was no indication either way.
