Loren and his crew are the only mechanics I take my truck to. They care and they strive to do what's best for the customer. My 2009 Dodge Laramie (gas) has over 254,000 miles on it and they keep it running smooth!
Took my brother's mustang in to get some mice out of the dash, and found out that the heater core and blower motor needed to be replaced. I asked for an estimate of how much it would cost, and they said they would call back and let me know within a day or two. Just over a week later, they call me back to let me know they're finished replacing the parts, which ended up costing more than we could afford to spend at the time. I will not be going back there.
*Update: Whatever it is they fixed, it wasn't the blower motor, which still didn't work when we took it back to the cleaner. If negative stars were an option, I would have to put some real thought into how many I would give, but the number would be staggering.
I was spending just a few days in town after having driven down 2,400 miles from Alaska. At my first stop of the day, my 2010 Ram truck would not start. I was thankful for 2 things: 1) It did not quit on me on the Alaska Highway, 2) the tow truck driver recommended taking it to Westgate Repair & Towing. They were able to diagnose a bad alternator, get parts, and have me back on the road for a reasonable cost in under three hours! So nice to be in Montana where you can trust the advice of total strangers. If I lived in the area, they would be my vehicle repair shop. - Arleen
