Stayed overnight on 5-18-24. Expedia completely messed up our reservation. Even when I called them they messed it up again. Vicky was at the front desk and she took care of everything for us. She was kind, caring and generous. It was a very busy Saturday night. She was professional and efficient while handling several issues at a time.
The food from the restaurant was good and the beds were very comfortable.
My mom thought this would be a great place to spend the night, the hotel is very elegant, like if you were going to a ball gown party! The room was very nice and very comfortable! They offer lots of things to do like fun things to do in New England! I highly recommend this hotel!
Truly a great cozy New England hotel. Been working in Boston for about 2 months and out of all the hotels I've stayed at this is the best. Thanks to the staff and Michelle at Clark's pub.
Brunch with Santa was more than I expected. Both breakfast and dinner options. Huge selection of deserts. Waitress was extremely tentative. I had asked for a small cup of maple syrup on the side while at the buffet and they brought it right to my table.
The craft area was well enjoyed by my two grandsons.
The best decorated Christmas tree contest was fun.
This had such a local family feel. Was there for 2 hours. Never rushed by staff. If anything they really cared if we were taken care of.

Beautiful room, lobby and grounds. Siye said hot breakfast and we woke up to muffins. So not impressed. If you don't have hot breakfast don't advertise it.
It has been 10 years since I've been to the Westford Regency. I was Manager of Corporate Services for Aspect Software for many years and handled corporate travel and did many functions there. ||At the request of a friend, we went for Sunday Brunch today. The food was practically inedible. Got their at 11:00 when Sunday Brunch started. All of the entrees were overcooked and so dry you could barely swallow the food. The menu listed on the website said they had a carving station of beef, Turkey and ham...it was brisket and pork. The shrimp cocktail was overcooked and hard as a rock. ....never have I had shrimp cocktail so bad. Even the desserts and muffins seemed old and dry. The only thing edible was the omelette station because it was made fresh. So for 2 people it cost $94 with tax and tip for food that was absolutely horrible. This hotel has the same furniture since the 90s. The entire hotel hasn't been renovated in so many years. Won't be returning!!! Very disappointed!
We had a wonderful one night stay here. We had been a bit worried after reading some reviews but found them to be unfounded in our experience. We found the hotel to be friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet.
Doug at the front desk is a gem. He was so friendly and helpful, even at 1am when we arrived. We found the old school keys to be charming.
The gym in the basement is incredible- with everything you could possibly need and with a sauna as well. Highly recommend.
