Of course it’s not the nicest room ever but the customer service is great. A lot of hot water, clean towels & beds, close to the few restaurants in Butler. It’s an appropriate price for what you get. TV has an adequate amount of channels. It’s also quiet.
I didn't go to Western Inn. I went to Westley Studdard Funeral Home. Visitation for a deceased Sister in the Lord. 5 stars for Westley Studdard Funeral Home.
The customer service was good from the employees. I love the housekeeping she is very nice n friendly. The man over this place turn the water off on us in the middle of the night talking about a leak. This place is cheap but u better be prepared for some trouble when u stay here
The bed was very comfortable. VERY generous with the hot water!!! The friendliness of the staff was the best I've ever known. If I'm ever there again, I'll definitely stay again. The staff was very helpful!
This place is poorly maintained! Signs at the front desk and windows "No Refunds" stuck in my head. Most hotels/motels have a little musty smell when you walk in, after a quick look around thought it was due to A/C. After being in room for 30 minutes I can taste mold in my mouth. I do another look around and found mold in bathroom and wet carpet by refrigerator. Badly stained carpet, excessively worn bedding. I'm afraid to sleep here! I pray I don't take home anything! I will never stay here again and I pray I'll actually get some rest tonight. I couldn't even shower, a bath in a stream in the woods would be better than this. There are so many things wrong I can't list them all. I'm stunned this place is able to have a business liscense. Incredibly tired and disappointed! Sign said “No Returns”, that is exactly what I’ll do, never return. I rate this place a 0 and that's being generous.
I've traveled around the country to different places looking for cheap rooms so that I can afford them and I have to say that for this particular hotel the rooms are nice Yes there are some blemishes that make it unappealing but still clean and affordable.. The people who run the place or operate the place or top notch service people they care about you and they go out of their way for you.

Bathroom had mold on the wall, tub didn’t drain properly. Microwave was filthy. The worst part is 3 days after I left, they decided to charge my card for a few more days, they said because I didn’t go to the front desk before I checked out, so they charged me an extra $221!
The place wasn’t to bad. Some parts do need to be repaired. Bed were decent. It was a bit dusty. Shower was good. No bed bugs the room we stayed in. Could really hear outside and the people next door.
