Have had about a dozen jobs done here. Family business that has bilingual staff. The bad review sounds fake because this place can't be any better multiple good mechanics fair pricing. They gave my puppy water and food once the people who work here are very good with morals and they care about their clients.
Amazing customer service and something very hard to find, an honest mechanic. We've taken our family cars to Westchester Auto Tech for all kinds of repairs, from major air conditioning work to engine troubles, brake jobs and much more. Everytime, they've taken good care of us and provided us with options to save money.
Honestly don’t ever bring your car here. Don’t waste your time or money here. I brought my car in here for a timing job.
The car left with two other problems and an oil leak that it never had, terrible over all. They did not want to own up to their mistakes and won’t own up to it. DONT EVER COME HERE!

The shop is clean and the employees are very friendly! The work done on my car was completed same day and the cost to me was thoroughly explained and extremely fair and reasonable.
