Had the option of taking my car anywhere for body work after getting rear ended, picked this place and couldn't have been happier! Mike and everyone else here are true professionals and were quick to answer any questions I had. Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for body work.
A tree fell on my car and caused a lot of damage. Jamie & his crew did an excellent job and my car looks brand new!! He worked with me to get my car fixed in a timely manor and made sure to answer any questions I had along the way! I would recommend using him for any repairs on your car!
When you get amazing service, you should always talk about it. Both Mike and Jamie were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, start to finish, making an accident go from bad to good! They took all the necessary pictures, detailed notes, written estimate and dealt directly with the insurance company to get everything approved - seamless. I would give them 10-stars for customer service if I could, they understand the true meaning of taking care of their customers. Thank you for everything !
Wonderful customer service and great work! Got the car back in only 2 weeks! It looked like new! Mike was amazing, great customer service and very friendly. Took the time to explain each and every detail. Would definitely go back for future needs.
Excellent work and service by Jamie and his crew. Jamie worked patiently with our insurance and with Honda Parts and got us a new bumper and trunk lid for our rear-ended Accord. He kept us well informed. They worked hard to finish before the weekend – three weeks earlier than any of the other three body shops we approached could have done! We were billed the exact amount of the estimate. Very satisfied.
I can’t say enough positive things about Mike and his crew from Westchester Auto Body. My car was very badly damaged and from our first interaction to the last, they listened to my concerns and were sympathetic to my personal needs and requests. They gave me timely updates and when I received the car back it was in better condition then what I could have imagined. They went above and beyond my expectations with so many details and extra little things and on top of it all were affordable. I highly recommend these guys.
Jamie and team did an outstanding job on a whole-side repair, including repair of dent/scrape, replace parts, and repainting/refinishing. He gave a reasonable estimate of both cost and time for the job, and delivered on time and and beyond expectations -- my car looks brand new!! Thrilled with their work.
