Fantastic apartments, modern and super clean. Everything g you need is there and they are roomy too. Located a stones throw from the beach with local amenities close to hand. Atlantic Fish Bar is super for no cooking evenings!!! Perfect base for visiting the area. The sand dunes at Baunton Burrows is a must
We stayed for 4 nights. The pictures online were not what the real area looked like, we arrived and saw a derelict apartment building behind our block. This didn't look amazing. Inside our apartment was nice. Although, there were a few issues.. some lights were not working, the bedroom door didnt click shut, a hole under the kitchen cabinet. The oven trays were dirty and greasy, clearly had not been cleaned by last guests or cleaners. There is no air-conditioning at all, only thermostats on the wall telling you the room temperature. The carpark was very busy, though there were more spaces round the back, this was unclear. The location of the apartment blocks are great, they're located close to the beach and nearby shops.
Just spent 5 days here in apartment 2212. |Apartments are lovely clean and look the part, however there is a few minor issues that need fixing: lots of bulbs not working, light directly over the shower head in bathroom may as well not be on, a few doors don't close into the keepers, paint drops all over the floor and big hole in a plinth under kitchen sink. Having said that still had a wonderful stay, free WiFi, plenty of parking but I think some signs are needed to state extra spaces around the side under blocks one and two.|Also apartment gets very hot and I mean hot, OK to open balcony doors if on high floor during the night but not so sure if on ground floors.|Overall great location & great stay. Would return again.
Visited for 4 nights in August with my family. The photos on the website have not been updated in a long time, which was very misleading, as when we arrived we were shocked to see the derelict apartment building behind our apartment block. This was initially quite off-putting. Inside the apartment is really nice and modern. However there are a few cosmetic issues that need addressing: some lights not working, paint splatters on the floor tiles, shower head covers a light in the bathroom, bedroom door not closing properly, hole in the plinth in the kitchen. The oven racks were dirty and greasy, obviously hadn’t been cleaned by the previous guests or cleaners. There is also no air-conditioning, just thermostats telling you what temperature the rooms are. At night the apartment would get so hot, thermostat saying it was 27°C. The main car park got quite busy, but it isn’t made clear that there are more spaces round the front of the apartments, perhaps some signage would be helpful. Overall, the location of the apartments is good, being close to the beach and shops.
We had a standard appartment which was immaculate and better than a 5 star hotel. We really enjoyed it here. Close to the sea in westward ho and easy to get to other areas in north devon. The appartment had an open plan living room with sofa, coffee table, freeview tv with netflix, a unit and tub chair. There was a table with 4 chairs and a kitchen with everything you could need. Dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. Good quality cups and crockery. One double bedroom with door out on to the balcony, living room also has a door out onto the balcony. Balcony was a good size. Under floor heating keeping it cosy and warm.|Twin bedroom, beds good quality and comfortable, both bedrooms had built in wsrdrobes, chest of drawers plus another smaller unit. The bathroom was lovely with a shower over the bath. I cannot speak highly enough of westbeach apartments. I would definatley come back.
First approach was Great! Noticed a bit of damage with the apartment within the first hour of being there emailed the people who had been emailing me about the apartment but it has been queed since Thursday
The smell of weed for 3 days gave me and my partner a Major head ache so we struggled to enjoy our first holiday away with our 7 month old.
The location and view was actually brilliant just needs a few things changed. We stayed in 1108
Seeing the baby rabbits every morning running around the car park was probably the best part of our stay here ????
Lovely 2 bedroom apartment, fully fitted open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and comfortable bed's and pillows. Decorated nicely throughout. Nice welcome package. Minute's from beach, amusement arcades, gift shops, various different eating places and 2 convenience stores. I'll be back
Last minute booking. Not easy to find as we approached from a different direction. Really good information though. Easy parking and lift working. Clean and spacious flat but a few drafts through windows and doors. we'll equipped and would visit again off season. Would be too busy in high season and building work is in progress. Just a few minutes walk to shops and eateries. Glad I took a good torch as got dark walking up to the flat.||
