This is a great place for a family and from a selection standpoint. Tons of choice for everyone the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We celebrated a birthday here and they offered an awesome experience for that. They really do offer a ton of steak options and to the wellness of your preference. The sides especially the cream corn were great for pairing with the steaks. My favorite was the Bone In Ribeye and I can recommend that all day. I was however not a fan of the Sirloin missing just a little additional salt and pepper for seasoning and very charred on some parts it was fine for me but some may prefer it different but good think is the cook it to your liking to be specific and they check right after being your plates to your table.
Give them a try and experience the amazing staff.
First time eating at this new restaurant in Henderson. We decided to try this place out for lunch, and we are glad we did. The restaurant itself has been slightly remodeled from the old Famous Dave’s that was here before, but still offered a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff was excellent and very friendly, but major kudos to our server Denise. She was so nice and helpful and truly a pleasure to talk to. Management should be very grateful to have someone like her, not only was she professional, but she also talked so highly about the owner. Might want to consider moving this individual up the management chain since she is a shining example of the perfect employee. As for the food, it was fantastic, no complaint, and the poblano cream soup was to die for. And you always know when you are having a fantastic cheeseburger by how much of a mess you make, super. Finally, plenty of parking and a nice restaurant addition for the City of Henderson. Highly recommended for lunch and we will have to give it a try for dinner soon.
Saturday dining was surprisingly not busy around 6 pm. We were immediately seated. I will say sitting near the door should have been warmer, but the bar area was freezing. Tuna TarTar was saltier than our previous visit, and we will never order the veggie medly again. Please see the image of the veggie medly (looked and tasted like something that came out of a can of mixed vegetables). The steaks were cooked beautifully, and flavors were good (not as good as the first time we ate there, but still good). The Sangria was pretty tasty, loaded with ice and fruit. We will still dine there again.
Had my birthday dinner here. They have a dry age meat case, tons of grest wine, & very reasonable prices. The service was great. My rib-eye steak was great! You must try the nachos and mac and cheese. Wish there was a location in Reno, NV.
Rating based on our lunch visit. The decor of the restaurant is classy and inviting. Fantastic build your own burgers during lunch. Chicken fajitas at a great price as well! The fresh bread and honey cinnamon butter was delicious. Looking forward to returning for happy hour and dinner. Glad to have a new steak restaurant in Henderson.
Want a great steak at an even better price gotta try this place out. I was raised to try something before saying you don’t like it. I advise you to do the same. The prices match outback, but the food is 10 times better. Don’t believe me I dare you to check it out for yourself. The atmosphere was amazing and this place is so clean. The drinks are so so good. The service was amazing our waitress did an excellent job! Please check this restaurant out for yourself you won’t regret it.
We visited twice. Lunch service was excellent. Our servers were friendly and knowledgeable. We had hamburgers and beers that were great. Dinner service was equally friendly. We ordered the feast that includes steak, shrimp, and chicken. The steak was tasty and tender. Chicken was perfectly done, and the crispy crust was spicy. We all liked it very much. The atmosphere is very casual. The restaurant is a sister restaurant located in West Texas, and I suppose that is the vibe, hearty food, Texas friendly, and come in to enjoy yourself. Prices are surprisingly competitive so much so I would rate it a bargain! It is definitely worth a try.
I wanted so badly for this place to be good. And here lies the caveat- it very well could be. It's teetering on the verge of being very good. And very busy. The steaks, from what I can tell, are very good. I was happy with the large rib eye. And the bread. That's where the positives end. The bread, BTW is a DO NOT MISS. For being very unbusy, service was not only slow, but awfully inattentive. And it wasn't just my table. I could hear clamoring from others in the dining room as well. The kids meals have a really good value attached, but look at the portion size of the kids Mac and cheese. It's the same ramekin they serve ketchup in. That's just an affront and borderline confrontational. For some odd reason, my fiancee decided to order the mango salad. Terribly overdressed and wilted. Something about the dressing tasted bitter. Unpleasantly bitter. The only item we sent back and while the manager was apologetic, they proceeded to charge for the replacement dish, which was so slow to come out, that we ended up having to take it to go. It was a near miss. But it was an awful miss with such a promising platform and location.
