Bravo, my dear chemist, bravo! I must say, your priorities are truly enlightening, and you've shown me the path to enlightenment: if it's expensive, just let everyone "roll over and die." After all, who needs health when we can worship the almighty profit margin?
Best of all, some jobsworth likes shouting at customers.True class, customer service it is not.Just undesignated them from my Drs list and wouldnt buy anything from this place again.

You don't appreciate a good pharmacy until you don't have one. West Street Pharmacy is brilliant. They are friendly and on the ball. They are fast and so helpful. You don't have to queue for ages to collect or drop off. They are informative but solution focused too. Would definitely recommend them. Keep up the brilliant work! ????
The staff are absolutely amazing. They do my Mum's prescriptions and they are not only fast but so professional and always have them in, even though she has so many. Keep up the good work.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and more stock than other nearby pharmacies, who have to order everything. Fractionally higher prices than average but worth it for the personal customer service.
Edit (Dec 2021): it's worth calling ahead to check if they're doing Flu Jabs on the day. I called a couple of weeks ago and was told they were only doing them Mon-Thurs (not great if you work Mon-Fri but they are open until 7 if you can drive or don't mind walking there in the dark), so waited until I had a day off today (Monday), but was told the only person that's trained/allowed to do them was on holiday! Of course they deserve holiday but it is frustrating when they have signs on the door and inside saying Flu Jabs available ???? I had to pick up a prescription so wasn't a wasted journey but would recommend calling (if you can get through) and checking first if that's all you're going for. It's not the staff's fault, but the bureaucracy they have to go through every year to be able to offer the service ????
Currently stood outside waiting for them to open, it's 9.15 and they were meant to open at 9. This is a regular occurrence so i wouldn't rely on this pharmacy for anything, can't even be bothered to open on time
I call into the pharmacy for prescription and find them most helpful and efficient, my prescription is always ready. Well done.
