Nightmare!! Up here on holiday and our Toyota Avensis started losing coolant. Phoned up 2 other garages in Silloth, one was busy and the other didn't call us back as promised. Mark managed to squeeze us in and within 2 days fitted a new radiator at a very reasonable price. Not only that, but collected our car from and delivered it to our campsite as well! Great service!
Absolutely fantastic garage, an excellent professional and knowledgeable team, Mark, Kevin & Dave are fantastic, they provide a quality yet fast service, no job too big or small. Any work done is fully explained before you proceed, they even collect your car, then drop it back off afterwards. I've had mechanical work done which was simply excellent, I've also had paint jobs done.... what can I say Kevin is a paint wizard what a fantastic job.
So get yourself to this garage you'll be glad you did.
Alternator went on my van and Mark and his staff got me in at short notice and got me back on the road same day and amazing price would highly recommend
Have used this garage for about 7yrs now. I have always found them to be 'spot on' in quality, thouroughness and promptness. I have found them to be fair and honest in their attitude to any work that needed to be done. I always recommend them.
Arrived in Silloth for a short holiday at 5pm. 20 miles out the exhaust bracket snapped and I'd limped the car the rest of the way. Find a number for this local garage and called 15 mins before they shut and they took details and said they'd call between 8-8:30 the following morning. Next day I was called on time, David came to me to collect my car, fixed it, and had it back with me within 5 hours. I am not exaggerating to say this is the best service I've ever had from a garage - if I didn't live 200 miles away I would definitely become a permanent customer! Thank you very very much!!!
Car exhaust blew while we were at Stanwix for a short break guys took it in straight away and I got it back in 24 hours. Great service, very reasonable price and very friendly staff.
Came up to silloth on holiday when my car has a fault with the engine management light on. The garage were superb and fit us in at extremely short notice, great service and great price
Right.. I'm not going to overstate the case here. This company are AMAZING.. they look after the customer making certain that the vehicle is processed fast and efficiently. I would not go to ANY other vehicle mechanics in the area. They really do know the importance of customer service.
