Nice american food with country music and a vibe of CO. The burger, meatballs and fries were tasty. Fries were on the softer side. Elk meatballs pasta was cheesy but the meat tasted bland. Maybe that's how it is made. Vegetarian options are limited. The veg patty burger is average. Bean fries are crispy and nice. The service staff was courteous and the atmosphere lively.
My family and I moved back here last January, we were looking for a spot that would accommodate our little family while also having options for food we would all enjoy. We have been consistently coming to enjoy the food, the restaurant and all of it has to offer for a year now. Every season, the menu has various options and specials and so goes above and beyond my expectations. The food. Is delicious. Typically, In most restaurants today, you can love the food, but the customer service lacks, that is not the case here. Kat always takes care of us and she is absolutely exceptional. She absolutely surpasses all expectations and is always willing to do what it takes to meet our needs. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a go-to spot.
As a first-time visitor to Denver, I'm always on the lookout for new places that I want to visit again, and the West Saloon is one of those places. As the Denver Nuggets game was on, the place was BUSY, yet the staff was super friendly, and our drinks and dinner were brought out very quickly.
Speaking of the food, it was EXCELLENT! Each of the 3.of us got a different entree and I would certainly order any of them again. We cannot wait to go back.
Huge restaurant with very on it service. Had lunch here and both my companion’s plate and mine were really well put together salads. Good but not exhaustive beer list. Food came out fast.
Came here for lunch back in Nov ‘23. I was craving a good Pork Green Chili and this place did not disappoint! Really liked that it came in a little cast iron skillet so it kept the chili hot. The homemade flour tortillas went really well with it, too! Service was good, I wasn’t there for very long but had what I needed.
Good place to hang around
Good cocktail options. Food was awesome. Specially fish and chips. Chicken wings were also tasty. I love the desert chocolate fudge. It was delicious and fresh.. so happy to visit this place
This place is freaking amazing. The food was out of control delicious, the service that Kat gave was perfection, and the restaurant has such a cool vibe. I can’t wait to come back here again. Best barbecue sauce I’ve ever had. Ever.
The lamb sliders were very good. The skillet fries were good, but the bbq sauce was very sweet. Would love the chance to mix and match the bbq sauces they have for the wings. The wings were ok, but wasn’t a fan of the particular sauce as it was very heavy on the horseradish. We sat outside, but (not the restaurants fault) the street construction diminishes the atmosphere. The inside is fun and unique.
