Horrific store and an absolute disgrace to the neighbourhood. The owner was so rude, shouting and all sorts just because he didn’t want to accept my Yodel package, I just read some of the reviews and it seems to be a recurring theme. I checked online and it says they should accept this parcel size… so just appears he wants to use his contract with Yodel to his own advantage and not do what he’s supposed to. This is not the first time they’ve refused to take a package because ‘the printer is broken’, they just accept things when it suits them.
What a rude man… certainly won’t be buying ANYTHING from this overpriced dirty shop.

The owner is horrible. I can tell he enjoys the downfall of others. I go into the store regularly to send off vinted parcels and more than 80% of the time he sends me away either saying the “system is down” or it is “too slow today” and there’s nothing he can do. It isn’t a problem on his end apparantly but yodels.
I can see the owner only cares about money. He hosts DPD, yodel and from what I can see a rented suitcase business. He does whatever he can to make as much money as possible and doesn’t complete services properly.
I’m assuming on the days that the “system is down” is the days where yodel do not come to collect and he does not want space on his store to be taken.
As well as this, if I am in the line and patiently waiting to be served, he will serve paying customers before me as I am only using the yodel service.
He makes me feel bad for coming to the store in the first place, and judging from other 1-3 star reviews I can see it is the same for others as well.
If you don’t want to do yodel and you don’t want to do DPD, then don’t do it. Simple as.
I am very high up in my company and will be taking this further with authorised personnel who can deal with this accordingly.
Tried to return a pair of shoes in a parcel the size if a shoe box. Cashier was very rude.
Said that the shoe size parcel was too large to send via their Yodel service even though Yodel, who had delivered the parcel a couple of hours earlier, said that this shop was OK to drop off the box to return to retailer.
He raised is voice and shouted at me when I said that I was following instructions and that I would take this up with the courier since they told me to go to his shop. He shouted "I don't care what Yodel says" amongst other things.
I would not use this shop unless you like to waist your time and enjoy rude and verbally aggressive staff.
Likely to be the worse business I have ever had the misfortune of visiting and wasting my time on.
Very rude and aggressive owner. Seems to find pleasure in belittling others and bullying them in his first language.
(Tourist scam) This is my local shop its over priced with rude and unhelpful staff. There are many cheaper alternatives within walking distance. This was my last visit, you also should avoid at all cost.
Prices are not displayed in the shop and the owner sells items at different prices according to who he has in front of him.
He becomes aggressive when he's called out on that, so please don't shop in here, especially if you're a woman, as he will try to take advantage of you and inflate the price.
One of those places that seems to sell the most random and old school bits. Has your basic top facilities for gas etc. Shop keep is a bit standoffish but as long as you don’t need his help then it’s fine.
