I was referred to Chuck by another shop for transmission service. I had my fluid and filter changed on my 1/2 ton Silverado. Chuck also tuned my transmission, which I was unaware that anyone in the area did. All I can say is "what a difference". The changes that Chuck made make a noticeable difference in drivability. If you own a 2014 up Silverado and are experiencing the typical transmission issues associated with these trucks give West Michigan Auto a call. You will not regret it.
