These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. They will tell you the things other mechanics don’t want to tell you. These are good people and as long as I’m anywhere near newnan I will not use another mechanic
Have used this shop a few times now, mainly for brake related work. The owner is very nice and easy to work with, prices are quite reasonable, and they don't try to oversell unnecessary services. Will continue to use going forward.
Fantastic service and a great staff! Our family has been using West End for almost 30 years with not a single complaint. This is the only mechanic I have found that I trust completely and never once feel like I received less than the best care for my vehicle. They stay pretty busy so for minor things like oil changes and whatnot, we go wherever is the least expensive, but everything else we go here. I would not trust my vehicle to anyone else for the majority of repairs needed.
As a woman taking a car to be repaired I have ALWAYS been satisfied with the repairs and cost of repairs.

Took my Patriot here for throttle body service. Mr. Robbie was honest and got the job done super fast to where I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. Great prices too. He will for sure be my go to mechanic when something else needs fixing.
Mr. Robbie has serviced my vehicle twice. Each time he has gone above and beyond. He is a good honest man who did work that no other mechanic wanted to touch. He went a step further to return our unused parts and charged me almost nothing for the work.I will use this shop time after time after time.
