I wasn’t even out of town just on the freeway. I wasn’t even leaving the zip code and they said it counts as the next town. So they jump the price up 150% scumbags. I suggest Central Valley Towing. They were faster, respectful over the phone, and a lot less expensive.
Awful, had an accident a while back and my set of $1600 wheels were completely destroyed by the lack of care used when they inspected my vehicle, every lug hole is completely tore up with metal chunks missing, assumed from negligence when getting the lugs off, these wheels WERE picture perfect now I’m going to have to have them metal worked, thanks west coast.
-(Below I put Before and After pictures mind you these chunks are taken out of every lug hole of every wheel)

The price is what you'd expect of course. But the customer service was extremely good! Tge gentleman over tge phone was nice and helpful and had someone there to gelp me within 10 minutes! Beyond greatful since I had my toddler with me! Thanks again guys!
Gave me the best quote in town compared to other competitors in the area! Not only was the service quick and professional but the driver was personable and patient. If I ever need their services again, they'll be the 1st call.

Called to get my tire changed on the side of the 99 they said they would be there within 25-30 min. Waited well over a hour just to call and get told they messed up and I'm too far to help. They could have told me that from the beginning for sure and this whole time I could've found somebody else to do the job. Thanks for the waste of time, I know who not to call now:))
Tried to get out of bank parking lot and a man in this truck rushed in and blocked me ! I had to inch out going forward and back to squeeze through what he left because he wanted my spot!!! There were others available- wouldn’t go past me or give me room / I would NEVER use this service if that’s the respect an employee in their company vehicle has -
