I highly recommend West Chester Foreign Automotive! The owner Peter, was so kind and knowledgeable when I called to ask for his advice and an estimate. Audi quoted me approximately $7500 in repairs which put me in an uncomfortable position of deciding whether I should repair my vehicle or trade it in. After much discussion with Peter, he was able to fit me in immediately and make the repairs necessary at a phenomenal price! More importantly, my vehicle was not safe to drive due to a torn boot/joint drive axle and his primary concern was getting me in quickly to repair that issue so that my safety would not be a concern. This was not communicated to me by the dealership and a prior auto repair shop. Not only did Peter do all of this to accommodate me, he took the time to inform me of what was going on with my vehicle by demonstrating with other model car parts so that I would have a complete understanding of the issues. Much like how a doctor would explain with models or drawings to their patient. My experience here was amazing and I have found a place that I will continue to bring my cars to for service and repair. I have already started referring my friends and coworkers to this place! I highly recommend West Chester Foreign Automotive! Five star rating hands down!
I would highly recommend West Chester Foreign Automotive. They work on my car as well as my daughters and take such great of our automobiles. They shop for the best price on all of our car parts and pass the savings along to us. Great Business !
If any place truly deserves 5 stars this is that place. Owner, Pete, is as honest of a person as you will ever meet. He not only communicates with you directly throughout all of your visits, but more then likely will personally have hands on your vehicle during repairs. Price is more then fair, and they could honestly charge more for the level of service. They stand behind their work 100% and always go above normal expectations to ensure you are getting the job done correctly. The only thing anyone could even try to say is a negative is that they are usually very busy and you may have to wait a couple days for your work to get done if you don’t have an appointment. This is only because anyone who goes here will undoubtedly come back as it is hard to find such a reliable and honest mechanic unfortunately. I live over 30 min away and will gladly make the trip or pay the bill to have my car taken here. I have used more shops then I can count in my life and would without hesitation say this is the best garage I have ever used. These guys are the best! Hands-down, the best, and I speak as someone who has gone to different shops/garages in West Chester for many, many years now. These folks do the work that’s necessary without creating or recommending work you don’t need. Their prices are more than fair - and most remarkably - they stand by their work 100%. You have a problem, these guys will make sure they fix it the way it is supposed to be fixed. They will even go out of their way to do so. In my experience over the years, they are honest, capable, treat customers with respect, and operate with unparalleled integrity. Like I said, the best.
