I needed some quick and delicious take out for a very hungry family on a Sunday. West broadway pizza did not disappoint. One of the best pizzas around these woods, cooked to perfection. The veggie pizza was overflowing with veggies, unlike most places where there is barely any. And the chicken tenders were flat and crispy. They have an excellent breadcrumb seasoning. Highly recommend!!
Today I ordered a large extra cheese and black olive pizza from this restaurant. The person who took my order sounded rather disinterested in my business, but managed to muddle his way through taking my order and accepting payment. I don't know whether he's just having an off day, or just high, as I have heard good things about this place, so I decided to check them out. However, that being said, that was the ONLY reason I have to give them four stars, as their pizza is very good, very nicely prepared with a good edible crust to enjoy. I was NOT disappointed. The delivery driver was courteous, and as prompt as can be on New Year's Eve, and was very helpful. No complaints there. Overall, a good experience, I would order from them again, and I think you should to. Give them a try.
Update: Today I ordered fries and a chicken salad sub. One of my pet peeves is failing to salt the fries the moment it comes out of the fryer, and the lack of ketchup. Other places give you a cup of ketchup. Not here. You get one foil packet of ketchup. No dipping cup here. Sad face. The chicken salad was just okay. Chicken bits mingled with mayo interspersed with massive chunks of chicken so that when you bite into the sandwich, half of it comes out with it. Some may like that, I really don't. I prefer chicken evenly chopped rather than randomly pulled apart like your grandmother made it between smoking her 100's. I don't hate this place, I really don't. Its not the worst I've ever had, but far from the best. I just want them to do better. I want to feel like they care I just paid $30 for a grinder with some fries. That is all.
The food is amazing. Steps above the former owners. The owner is one of the nicest men I have met in this industry. However. My only downside would be that I feel this prices are muc h higher than they were and that I thought they would be.
Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. Insane way to treat people, will never spend money here again. Whoever runs this needs to seriously talk to the employees who yell and swear at a customer over a situation the customer was never involved in over the summer. And the manager who defends them. I moved to an address they “have problems” with. And now ordering food causes me to be threatened with harassment and a call to the police. Most unprofessional thing I’ve been involved in by far.
Reply to Owner: I never got any food because you mistook me for another customer that you had issues with. It's disturbing that over a year later you are commenting to double down on the worst customer service I've experienced at any restaurant. Cops were threatened towards me and I'm wondering if you're replying about the same situation? Your facts are way off! AVOID THIS BUSINESS, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
After having West Broadway pizza under the previous owners I was not impressed. I was unaware they were under new ownership, however when I was informed to try them out from a friend of mine, I'm glad I did. Chicken wings and pizza were excellent and I've found a new favorite pizza spot. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, the prices are good and the food is delicious. What more could a person ask for?
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Our order was screwed up and when my fiance went back to have the order fixed they refused to do anything. Instead of remedying the situation they threatened to call the police if he didn't leave. They essentially stole from us.
Update: yes we did receive a full refund that night however we only kept the food because they wouldn't take it back, it got tossed. I would still give this place 0 stars if I could.
Ordered a party pizza and large pizza. Order was ready on time and hot from the oven. All the pizza disappeared at the party. Can't ask more than that!
This was our first time ordering and holy cow! So good! We had thin crust pizza, mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers delivered. Delivery showed up promptly when stated and the food was delish. They are clearly putting real effort into maki g their food, not just marked up frozen items. Homemade chicken tenders, not frozen. I am not exaggerating when I say they were the best I have ever had. Mozzarella sticks and pizza were also well made and delicious. This will be our go to from now on!
