Useless. They don't answer the phone yet when you go in there there are plenty of staff there just chatting. I walked out before as the rude one shouted she'll be with me in a minute. She's always good at looking busy. Last year she confused me by saying I'll get free prescriptions next year, she thought I was 60! I must add that the lady pharmacist is lovely though but overworked sadly.
The staff are friendly. Also the pharmacist Rosemary always takes the time to speak to you if you have any queries very helpful.
As a community carer, I spend a lot of time in dozens of different pharmacies across the town collecting prescriptions for clients. This pharmacy is by far the most professional, efficient and friendly one I have found. This morning they helped me when I was left in a jam and needed an emergency supply of medication for myself. This was handled with a smile, empathy and nothing is too much trouble. In addition to everything else, they always pick up the phone!! This is unheard of anywhere else. Thank you so much for your hard work!

I requested the switch to this pharmacy as my last one was extremely unreliable for myself and every customer I spoke to as I waited in line for over an hour at times.
I switched to this spot almost 6 months ago and the change was one of the best decisions I made last year, as I've learned I can trust them to have what I need on time and there is never a wait when collecting (or the stress of waiting for a bad excuse and no prescription).
The staff here are very friendly and remember you, always looking to help and ensure you aren't without your medications. Highly recommend this place, and just hope the staff are treated nearly as well as their customers.
Delightful staff. Unfortunate episode when item costing £3.15 was deducted as £9.15 when I checked my bank statement. I had to return some distance to get it corrected but staff very pleasant. My bank advise me it was a problem with the shop and not the bank.
We have used the Weymouth pharmacy for many years, they offer an efficient knowledgable and friendly service, highly recommended.
