Went through the drive through ordered taco salad and baconator. Pulled away and the fries nor the taco chips were in the bag. The young lady that handed me the order did not look happy to be there. When we went back in to tell them the fries and chips were not in the bag not even a sorry. Just hand some fries and the missing chips. Poor service and the food has definitely went down in quality
Line was 30 minutes long. Drive through worker told me it would be a few minutes before he could take my order. I heard him joking with one of his coworkers until he hopped back on to take my order. I didn’t get baconator fries.
This location is usually pretty efficient in making sure everything you ordered is included. Guess the had a rough night
Be prepared to wait if you go on a Friday night.
I ordered a frosty-ccino and they gave me straight coffee creamer, it’s so nasty. I always have a bad experience when coming to this Wendys. Seems like it needs new management.
I would like to thank Beth Powell for always being kind, considerate and helpful, especially with my blind son that needs a little bit extra time to order. She is always so tentative and courteous. Thanks for all that you do!! always on point and warm and hot and everything is always in the bag you are highly needed at your store or any store that you go to they will be blessed to have you!!!
Had lunch inside Wendy's, the first in a long time. The order register was shielded with plexiglass and suggested standing distance was noted on the floor, and where to stand in line. Credit card scanners were easily within reach away from the order taker and plexi. Our order was taken, and we noted an overall price increase. The regular condiment area was closed, with only straws and drink lids open to diners. Other dining needs were expidited by the pick up associate, by being asked what you needed, such as forks, salt, ketchup etc and it was included in the bag handed you through the pick up plexi station. The beverage area was still self serve. The dining room was clean and clutter free, with cards on properly spaced tables suggesting where to sit in order to maintain distance between tables. The food was typical Wendy's fare and flavor, no better or worse. All staff were helpful, but most worked in the food prep area. Our only associate contact was with the order taker and food pick up. No staff were noted in the dining area during our lunch. I noted many more drive through diners than inside diners.

Drive thru kiosk listed a different price I was charged at the payment window. When I inquired about this, the employee merely repeated the amount. When I asked for a receipt, she rolled her eyes, and then handed me the receipt. The food was good, but the employee attitude was extremely poor. Had to ask for sauce and catsup.
In reading other reviews of this location, I see I'm not alone in receipt of poor customer service and attitude from employees. Management might take notice, a problem is brewing.
Went to drive thru, and there was a slow moving line. However, it was worth the wait. Friendly staff. Hot food.
Pumpkin spice frosty was yummy yummy!
I placed an online order and was charged for it. When I arrived, the order was not there. Some sort of system issue with the closing of the dining room and transition to drive thru only. It would have been nice to not have to pay twice for my food.
Just a note for some flexibility and creativity.
I had a special request from my sick wife craving pickles that only came from Wendy's. I pulled up to drive through speaker, made my request, and was rejected. The male voice seems confused , frustrated, and feeling pranked possible , but I respectfully ask again. He responded that there is no key for that. I suggested ringing it under something else. He said go to the grocery store and get the pickels. I said, "Never mind". And before cutting off the mic, him and the lady's voice in the background said that was the most strange request ever. This is what prompted me to encourage the freedom to improvise, if it was not too much trouble. Thanks for all you do keeping America rolling! I know Otha has the fastest hands in serving all customers' orders.
