All the fast food places have become all about competing and greed... The quality in food has diminished dramatically over the years. Each place is hell bent on looking at what others have on their menus and selling a cheap copy and sacrificing the quality of the current items. No fast food place needs to "have it all" everyone had a preference on where they are according to the items that were on the menu. But now too often many fast food joints try and place similar items making it very confusing to the consumer. Not to mention the pricing for everything now. Wendy's is trash much like many other fast food joints in the area. My opinion just go to the mom and pop restaurants. Ciscos is great.
Had a great experience my last visit had to give them 5 stars. The food was good but the customer service was exceptional. Brandon does a great job managing the staff , keeping the place clean and running a smooth drive thru. Best fast food restaurant in town!
Did a mobile order 3/15/24 had to wait almost 20 minutes for it. I had to remind the girl at the counter about my drinks that I had ordered and they forgot to put my burgers in the bags. By the time all of this was corrected my food was cold. Not sure what has been going on at this particular location, but service and food is not what it used to be. I will change this review if service and quality goes back to the way it used to be, although not sure when or if I will return.
I used to love coming here but it takes forever to get your food and half the time you have missing items or have a completely different order that's not yours ????
I got the chili because it was pretty cold outside. It's not the chili I remember Wendy's to have for some reason. Little bit watery. Not a lot of beans. I'd be willing to give it another try see if it was a little bit better than the next time. This is a nice clean Wendy's. There was plenty of seating available.
I'm sure the food is fine, if you can get waited on. We stood in line for 15 minutes with nobody in front of us. The young girl at the counter just stood there waiting on delivery food to get done and then placing it in bags. No reason she couldn't have made our order...2 chilis, fruit, and a drink. We finally just left. Maybe we should just go home and order grub hub next time. Looks like they got service.
We travel some and have had quite a few bowls of Taco salad and the last 3 from our local area has not matched other areas and states. There has been mostly 'chili and beans' in most other places and not watered down with maybe 7 or 8 beans and a few pieces of hamburger in it. We understand costs and all.. but that's just not up to standards.
If I could do less than 1 star, I would. This location is the absolute slowest Wendy’s around and my husband and I have now experienced them forgetting whole meals from our orders on several occasions now. Instead and being helped, we were told to refund through the app since that’s where I ordered (which there is no refund option, you must contact customer service who didn’t answer) or we had to bring the receipt in for them start a new meal (instead of having it ready for us to pick up). I know the service industry is struggling right now but this is worse than other fast food places.
