Went there later at night. My nuggets were ice cold, and there was so much salt on the fries that there were literal chunks of salt on them. Fries were more salty than the ocean. Food was disgusting, unfortunately. Definitely not going back.
We placed and order on the app and had issues when I went through the drive thru to pick things up. I knew the order was missing things. I told the guy at the window i would park and come in to figure things out so i didnt hold up the line. I took a screen shot of the order and my printed receipt they gave me inside and they didnt match up. BETH, a manager, couldn't even be bothered to walk away from the food line to try and help me. She looked on the screen and basically told me i got what i paid for and to contact the app for any discrepancy. I asked about the missing food and drink and what i was supposed to do since on my end it shows i paid for it and she again told me i got what i paid for and to contact the app. No help was offered. No decency at all. Just go contact the app. I was frustrated and left. My husband then called the store and asked for her name wanting to figure things out. He started by kindly telling her he didnt appreciate her being so nasty with me when i was just trying to figure things out but she interrupted him before he could finish. Claimed she wasnt rude and hung up. We tried calling back multiple times with no answer. There is absolutely no reason she couldn't have helped me when i parked and came in trying to be nice and was nothing but nice with her.
A prime example of shrinkflation. Portion sizes have gone down, while prices have gone up significantly. All chicken sandwiches have suffered shrinkage the most. My go-to used to be the crispy Asiago chicken combo, but over the last year, the quality and portion size has reduced, while the price has increased significantly. A medium combo now goes for at least $11, and it is not worth it. Shame on you, Wendy's, you used to be good. Service is usually decent, though. Let's not forget that Wendy's planned on increasing prices during "busy hours", which social media absolutely destroyed them to the point that they abandoned that idiotic plan. They will continue these greedy tactics until customers finally stop supporting this idiotic greed/ business model.
This is my go-to Wendy's. The service is quick, and the staff is friendly. The fries can be a bit inconsistent, but everything else is usually pretty good. For fast food, this place is pretty reliable.
My ghost pepper fry’s were soggy with no ghost pepper which really disappointed me. These employees have to learn they are making real food for real people using real money. Every time I go something is always messed up.
I normally go for one of the salads at Wendy’s but this time the ends of the romaine were in my salad. Not super happy. The restaurant was very clean and the service was awesome. But the extra ruffage was not my cup of tea.
I went through the drive thru and purchased 2 chili with cheese along with a burger meal. When I got home the chili both of them, were like a solid blob like they scraped the bottom of the pot. I tried to call to let them know and no one answered the phone, I left a message with my complaint and nobody returned my call. Very poor customer service will have to go to another location in the future.
Food is always fine but every single time I go there the people are always so rude. They basically shut the window before I can even say thank you. It's not just a one time thing from one person, it's every associate I encounter.
