Let’s see. Taco salad includes lettuce. I checked bags for sandwich but didn’t realize they had not given me the lettuce. And I did not drive away immediately.
Next time I will put my car in park and inspect everything
This location is one of the best Wendy's I've been to. The service is always very fast and the food is always warm. Never had issues with inaccurate orders. Recommended!
My drink tasted like water but everything else was ok update for 12/11 Just left again got a 5 dollar biggie bag I ask for Minute Maid lemonade and got flavored water I told the server that something wasn’t right with my drink cause it was peach and she assured me it was the machine no mama it was wrong and watered down I will not come back to this location this is the 3rd time this has happen get together please!!!!!
Ordered a salad and realized after I started eating that half the lettuce was moldy. Hoping others don’t get sick from the food that has been going out or realized the mold before eating it like I did. I tried calling The Wendy’s hotline but it just leaves you on a dead end line with music.
This Wendy's never fills up the drinks. When it's a $2 difference between a medium drink and a large drink, I would like the drink full, of course. And for whatever reason, they always have an attitude about filling the drinks. It isn't a little bit of room, either. It's like 2-3 inches of room at the top of a drink.
Additionally, some of the staff are rude and make back-handed statements. Especially an elder man at this location.
It would be nice to see a bit of an attitude and service improvement. Thank you.
The people are super chill and the food is super good. Sometimes I come here in a really large group teenagers, and they are still really friendly and fast!
Ordered two fish sandwiches with no cheese and a large hot and crispy fries. Got home to find I'd been given two cheeseburgers. Drove back to store. They were apologetic and replaced total order. Left first order with them. Then found new, corrected order was a piece of fish with some tartar sauce, no lettuce or Pickles as was on same sandwiches when I ordered them yesterday.
The service was great, especially at 11pm! The cherry cream soda was not in the district though!! stick with orange
