The staff in this Wendy's are pathetic. You would think that customer service would be most important to a company that relies on their customers. I went to get 2 orders of biscuits and gravy and paid for extra gravy for both orders. When I received my order, there was no extra gravy. I ask the people for my extra gravy and they said they put it on the order and refused to give me extra. They said you usually only get 1 scoop and they put 2. It was still not enough so I ask for more and she refused to give it to me. I am or was the paying customer. I will not go back.
Ordered a Kid's Meal, just for the experience. The burger, which was tepid, didn't match my order and the toy didn't match the bag. If I were five, I would have probably lost. my. mind. A member of our party opted for the apples (over the fries, which I had) and they were surprisingly delicious and fresh. They got a better toy too. Stupid karma.
I ordered a Taco salad and this is all I get. I even ask the kid that brought it out. Is everything here?? He said yes! It’s missing the Salsa, the sour cream and the chips. I only got the chilli.
Cold food. no counter service; just self serve kiosk. Incorrect order, ignored by all staff when standing at the desk to request manager, nobody answers the phone if you call to request manager.
All in all this place is only good if you go through drive through, check all your food prior to leaving window, and complain on the spot about any issues. Disappointing this is our only option in Lake Nona, this franchise needs corporate to step in and straighten it out or shut it down.
The food here was fine. They do however need to train the guy that worked the drive thru at around 4pm today. He has terrible customer service skills. He sounds like he is doing you a favor by wasting his time to take your order. Even if I liked the food and considered going back for other staff, an employee like that would deter me from returning specifically to the drive thru. Management of this location, do yourself a business development favor and don’t have that person take another order until he knows how to be friendly, courteous, and respectful. Thanks.
Stay away! 2 years ago this wendys was decent but it got so busy with booming population & new manager that the quality has decreased significantly. Service & food is horrible. The male supervisor acts like a Diva. Customer is supposed to be right but here they don't give a rip. Wendys can be fresh just not here. Don't bring yourself or anyone you care about here. you're better off going to Race Trak next door.
11:20am Thursday.
Drive thru I waited after I pulled up. Heard a low voice, so I tried to give my order aand was abruptly TOLD to "HOLD ON".....rude.
Gave the order, got down the road and went to eat it. No juicy Wendy's burger. Just 2 plain patties between 2 plain buns......that's it. Tried calling 3 times.....no one answered
I love Wendy’s and their food. This location is the slowest drive thru known to man. Was just in the drive thru 1/18/24 545 pm and 4 vehicles left the line in front of me because it was so slow! Waited 8 minutes at the speaker and finally left myself because no one spoke!! What the heck is happening here? It’s not this difficult to take an order, slap it together and put it in a bag!!
