We dined at night, and the food and service were good.
Not trying to be rude, but for some crazy reason. We were in that line. Put it this way for 1 hour for 8 small chili and a medium fry. You tell me there is something wrong with that. When there was only 4 cars in front of us.
And I said well, there must be 1 person working. There was 4, so what is wrong with this picture? There's not enough workers or they don't know what the hell they're doing cause. It was the worst service I've ever had in my life and due to circumstances with my car. I couldn't go anywhere else to do anything else. That was the closest thing. So I was highly upset and sick on top of it. Went through the drive through for it to be fast and ended up getting there and half and wait an hour. Cause I couldn't go any further. But right around the corner, which was that place really sucked? Bad, the service, then they gave me an ice cold chili. Cheese wasn't melted in it and didn't even offer to make anything right to anybody. That was in that line that waited all that time. Say yeah, the service sucked. They need to tighten up. I don't wreck anybody it. Recommend anybody going there at all until they fix this problem.
I work in quick service food. I know prices everywhere are going up, but i got no butter with the baked potato i ordered. I was not asked if i wanted any, nor was i asked about salt and pepper or sour cream. Butter and sour cream have always come with all their potatoes. Now lets get to the tea. When i am spending nearly 3 dollars on a small drink, I expect it to be drink not water. I imagine that the tea i received had been sitting for a while and fresh ice was added to it. Not impressed or happy, at all.
Something has gone downhill fast in the last few months. Gave it another chance after the previous customer service experience was poor and interior was gross as the drink machine was filthy and smelled.
Tonight- I ordered a plain cheeseburger (attached photo of said “plain” burger)
and a sprite that came with a mix of whatever previous dark soda poured. Sweet tea had a taste of soda in the cup also? The chicken sandwich we received was burnt and thrown together sloppily. Super frustrating and disappointing.
This is by far an embarrassment to other Wendy's. The employees there are rude and just do not care about customer service. The app hardly ever works and when we do get it to work and we went to pick up our order. They could make a drink because they didn't have the ingredients. They refuse to give us a refund because they aren't with the app. It's your flipping app. I try not to leave negative reviews or go to corporate but they will hear about this. Never in my life have I been refused a refund for something that is completely not my fault. Working in customer service myself I am disgusted with how my wife and I were treated.
Really good! I love their Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger and their fries are always good and fresh! This may be weird but I love their lettuce. It's always crunchy and good! My favorite part of the burger!
The food & service were good but no condiments, I've been here twice in a bout 4 months and they never seem to have ketchup in the dispenser
Went today to use the app for the first time to get the penny cheeseburger. I didn't know you had to tell the cashier what the app was being scanned for and the cashier didn't ask. When she couldn't fix the problem of the cheeseburger not being on the ticket she went to get the manager. She informed me we would have to make a purchase to get the deal and I pointed out the purchase was already made. She insisted she couldn't do anything about it and when I said you didn't have to specify at other places what deal you were scanning she said well honey, I ain't other restaurants. Very nasty and unprofessional attitude over something that could have been easily resolved. She also refused to refund my money for the second order because it had been processed correctly. Since when are managers allowed to do that? I hope the higher ups have a word with her about her nasty attitude.
