Honestly love paying $13 and not receiving my drink, only getting a single patty on my double burger, and no receipt so I can't dispute my cash purchase. I should know better than to get fast food I guess.
I’ve never been to a Wendy’s like this. Walking through the front doors, the place was disgusting. The staff was friendly but everything was dirty. The ice machine was piled high with ice and was not cleaned. I’m assuming it was from the kids in the corner who must of been being watched by an employee, since there was no adults there. They may have even caused the ice to overflow. The bathroom was a whole other story. I walked in and the pure urine smell was strong, the trash was overflowing and the paper towel dispenser was ripped open. And we had to tear our own piece off. I think this Wendy’s needs more attention.
Went for the Wendy’s free leap year cinnamon pull apart bun. DELICIOUS. Also picked up the new bacons egg and cheese on a muffin. DELICIOUS. And their breakfast potatoes. DELICIOUS! The manager and all staff members are super friendly and helpful. I loved every thing about my breakfast run! THANK YOU.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Employees were amazing and quick. The restaurant was immaculately clean, especially the restrooms. We were traveling so we had stopped at a few different fast food restaurants along the trip and this Wendy's was definitely the best place! It's amazing what a difference the employees make. We like Wendy's and I have never had any complaints about our local one. However, these people have raised the bar! They were just so friendly and kind. I loved how the young man who took our order spoke with my 6-yr old while she placed her order. He was such a gentleman and helped her with suggestions. It made her feel so proud. Truly, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend. I will definitely be calling management to pass along my compliments.

Our food was good and hot, my niece's grilled chicken wrap, was smaller then usual,as well as lacking a lot of lettuce, while the ranch was dripping oil. It was mostly bread, and was falling apart in just a few minutes.
Super clean. Employees were doing their own thing. Seemed like the guys in there didn’t like the woman working the counter and were making her do everything. Even barking orders at her in front of us. Super demeaning and rude. Food came out terribly wrong but we were on the road for 14 hours and didn’t care.
Burgers are great, but the fries were not as hot as I'd like. Overall, it is worth the price.
I am disappointed that Wendy's has gone to plastic cups from the more Environmentally responsible paper cups. ????
Better food than most fast food chains, I was pleasantly surprised at how cheap it is too. Warm, welcoming staff, great place to hang out and eat lunch
