I ordered a biggie bag with crispy chicken BLT no lettuce and I got a junior bacon cheese. I called a few min after closing and the manager said he couldn't do anything about it, they was closed. He hung up. Earlier that day i was picking up an order and he gave me the wrong drink, I told him and he quickly gave me the correct drinks and didn't put the lid on correctly and I dropped the drink and it shattered, he made me buy a new one. And then I had to go back to get the chili cheese fries with bacon that he forgot and he refused to replace those
La Portia is the epitome of good hospitality. Friendly, attentive and kind service. If there were an award that you give to employees for standing out, you ought to consider her. She is the type of person that makes me happy to come back to Wendy’s. That’s not nothing. Wendy’s should be proud.
I am a delivery driver for doordash. I came to pick up an order and there was a car in front of me wanting to order at the kiosk but no one was asking for their order and we sat for a good 7min, so i went around the people at the order kiosk as this order is already ordered i just need to pick up. I go to the window and the kids standing there his name is Tyler wouldn't even look at me acknowledge me or anything and i see the delivery order to the side of him. Finally after about 10 minutes of sitting there the frosties that were in that order getting melted & the food cold (as well as the order i had picked up prior to having to go to this deplorable Wendy's) I said, sir? is there any chance i could get that order that's sitting behind you? He whips around and looks me dead in the Eyes and said "i need to teach you doordash people a lesson, I'm getting sick and tired of you all just going around other people" and i said, "well i don't need that part of the service i don't need the kiosk, its been ordered" so Tyler then replies "I'm gonna teach you to wait" and he just SAT there. Tyler glared at me and did not move until i said, "you need customer service skills badly, but more important, can i please get your manager's name and number" Tyler's reply... no I'm not at liberty to give that out to you people (you people, he means me people, like what you think I am beneath you bro was my thought) i don't have to give that to you I'm not required to! You can look on the website and get it from there, have you ever tried google its on there if you want it. I was now pissed and said tyler look you are required to give me that information upon request and you are being a horrible person and not representing Wendy's at all in a good light. So TyleR, I HOPE YOU SEE THIS AND HOPE YOUR MANAGER DOES SOMETHING ABOUT YOU! really poor service really deplorable and i don't need taught some lesson you think to be the teacher of simply because you are irritated or hate your life or have daddy issues, but bro your logic of me sitting at an order kiosk i dont need is like standing at the urinal but you dont have to pee so keep your lesson you little punk kid. I'm 46 years Old so don't you ever talk to me like that again in your customer service role. You clearly have a lot of growing up to do to know where you are in the ñecking order. Any way, I'm disappointed and frankly so pissed that i wont return to that Wendy's and i eat their a lot. Not that it does any good and I'm sure Tyler appreciates i won't, it just there are close locations and customer service matters to them. GOOD JOB TYLER, YOUR THE MAN, SO PROUD YOUR THE NEXT GENERATION.
The older lady on night crew tonight is extremely rude. Sighing after every item we ordered. Cutting us off. Being short. Giving major attitude for no reason. We were nothing but patient with her. Felt like we were talking to a 2 year old having a tantrum. Don't know her name, she was thin with blonde and dark hair streaks in a bun.
Our Arby's takeout order took a horrifying turn when we uncovered an unappetizing hair in one of the sandwiches upon arriving home. The sight of the hair, which was the first thing we noticed, instantly repulsed us and completely ruined our appetite. This distressing discovery casts doubt on the restaurant's cleanliness and attention to detail. Not recommended, as the hair incident left us thoroughly disappointed and disgusted.
Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a frosty. The drink was half full. Fries were half full, the service was horrible, the guy was on his phone the whole time and forgot my frosty. $15 for half of a mediocre meal. Wont be coming back to this location anytime soon.
I only go in to the drive-thru. I've always had a pleasant experience with the employees and the food is always accurate after ordering and deliciously hot and ready.

I went through the drive-through today to order a number 3 regular chicken nugget meal. I switched the fries to baconators, and got a lemonade.
I had left the restaurant and realized that they gave me a Burger instead of the chicken nuggets. I don't like burgers often, and that wasn't what I wanted so I went back. I went into the restaurant to ask just to grab the nuggets Because that is what I wanted to eat today. Before I was able to get to the counter, and employee cut in front of me and ordered food first. That slowed down my process, and slightly frustrated me.
When I finally got to the counter, I explained the situation to the man and he gave me a very unhappy look. I asked him if I could just grab the nuggets and go because It didn't need to be anything more than that. He made me feel slightly dumb or ridiculous because he kept asking me if I meant the Dave Burger which in his words was a 3. I told him no that I meant the number 3 chicken nugget meal and that was the words I used in the drive-through as well.
Finally he kept telling me well, "I can't take that back, I can't take that back." I told him that was fine I just wanted the nuggets that's all. He finally mumbled a bit and went back and grabbed the nuggets.
I'm more upset that he tried to tell me what I ordered wasn't what I ordered. It felt slightly unnecessary and kind of rude. I have never had a problem with Wendy's, but today just felt Very overwhelming being there.
The food still tastes good, it was just an unpleasant experience.
