The crew working drive thru today at lunch were so courteous and polite. So much so, it has prompted me to leave a review in hopes that it gets noticed. It was so nice and refreshing to actually be treated like they honestly wanted to accommodate you and not like they're just pushing you through until it's time to leave. GOOD JOB!!
walked in and floor was very slippery and almost fell down. Got greeted quick but then took a long time to get service. our food sat on the tray for 5 minutes and I had to
stand at the counter to get it. One of the chicken sandwiches was so old it was rubbery, also had to ask for fresh fries...poor organization, bad customer service, bad managment for allowing!
I come here almost 6 nights out the week because I work at Golden Corral on the other side of the highway and I must say the manager. Is very kind respectful helpful and without him I don't think I would Visit
So big thumbs up to the manager at night. Please keep up the good work you are doing an awesome job.
Management is a one man show, but unfortunately it's not working in his favor. He works extremely hard but the staff on duty went well out of their way to slow the puck up of our food. After repeatedly asking then telling them to stop standing around and start our order which should have already been ready for pick up. He showed them how a real boss leads by example by doing the order him self. Give me a shout out be more than happy to work aside you and we'd out the one's who just want a check. Management keep up the hard work. They must lead follow or get out of the way. We only had to wait for 14 minutes but had called ten minutes ahead so it's been better.
Car overheated on highway. Nearest place right off the highway was this Wendy's. They gave me a big cup for free and let me use their water. I was worried I'de get the old, "Sir, this is a Wendy's." They missed their chance but I am grateful for the help.
The store was dirty, and the General manager was so rude kicked me and my bf out of the store for using the restroom. Me and him have never had that encounter where we went to the bathroom together like there crazy for that banged on the door more then once and told us to get out the bathroom together so we did… and the men’s restroom was locked never had that at a Wendy’s either like the Wendy’s in Choctaw so much better way nicer!!!! And this Wendy’s. The general manager was just crazy and she was a very slow worker
Tried the new breakfast burrito, there was barley 3 pieces of bacon on it which were completely under cooked. They never disappoint on their breakfast potatoes, I will give them a 2nd chance on burrito since it's a new item.
Horrible experience, upcharged item with out asking. Did not ask preference on spicey or regular nuggets, nuggets were hard and overcooked, asked for Jr. bacon cheeseburger and for a regular cheeseburger. Didn't care about what was ordered and gave whatever they felt like giving. Would give zero stars if I could.
