At 11:11 on a Wednesday. I picked up my order, I was greeted by two of the prettiest, and friendliest braided beauties. My food was hot and fresh, fries didn't taste old.*must be new oil* lol & my Burger was hot and juicy nuggets tender...best $5.30 I've spent. Thanks definitely got a bang for my buck
Burger had Claire screaming weres the beef!!!! Pattie was smaller than the bun on all the burgers we ordered. Not like the past goodness.
Order never right .......food cold.....and sad to say I try ti go to other Wendy's.....but still the same issues
Handled service excellently when busy, restaurant was well-kept.
The food is average to reasonably good and the pricing is about where you would expect it to be in todays world (high). As with most fast food restaurants the service is horrible. I cannot remember the last time they actually got my order right. I ask for a double but I get a single, they put condiments on my burger I never asked for, etc. I could accept this if it was occasional but it's almost every time. This isn't rocket science and these are the people who demand $15 an hour just to get your order wrong. Sometimes I think they get it wrong on purpose. with that being said I think will not be returning anytime soon.
Service was a little delayed, but the delivery was heart-felt and sympathetic.
Order was wrong. Went here 6/3/23 @ 10:20 pm and once I pulled up to the window I received my drinks. Once the food was in the bag, I could see 1 lady try to hand the other lady (at the soda machine) my bag but she refused to take it. Not sure why, didn't seem to matter at the time... I was missing food, straws and napkins. Since I normally get sprite, I didn't notice that I was given the wrong drinks because I ordered different drinks by request of the kids. ???? So wrong drinks is what we got because I didn't even bother circling back a third time for that. Just a mess. They or she clearly didn't feel like working tonight, should have called out. I would rather wait in a longer line than have my order wrong. ????
I ordered . Bacon double stack biggie bag & baconator fries. My double stack didn't have the bacon & they gave me a loaded bacon potato & not fries.
