Enjoyed our dinner at Wendy’s tonight! Nothing like a good deal for the $5 dollar biggie bag and Alisha at the register was super friendly!
Amazing place! We got our food very quickly, and there was no wait at all. The man taking our orders was extremely kind, friendly, helpful, and courteous. The staff even threw a free cookie for everyone in our group! Definitely the best service I've ever received at any fast food restaurant, hands down.
The food was good Wendy's fast food, but the Coke Freestyle machines were out of about half the flavors, which was a little disappointing.
Overall though, still great. Definitely the best Wendy's that I've been to. Very clean, nice, and quick, with great staff.
This is not only the slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to, but the slowest fast food place I’ve been to since the Uintah Burger King closed. There aren’t many food options for where I work and I come here fairly often and every time, whether there are people in the parking lot/drive through line or not, it always takes me 20 minutes or more to make it through the line. The staff seem so stressed they come across as rude. It may be a staffing issue but it comes across very poorly to the customers.
The people were great. The breakfast sandwich I tried was dry and flavorless. I keep hoping it won't suck. The potato things were amazing.
I don't see how this restaurant can stay in business with consistently poor service and screwing up orders. I've went there in the past and have had to wait a long time for my food and had multiple orders that were wrong. I decided to give them another try since I haven't been there in a long time. My order again was wrong. In fact, my spicy chicken came in a hamburger wrapper and despite asking for no tomato, it had a tomato. How do they stay in business with McDonald's and Cafe Rio across the street? Whoever manages this franchise doesn't care and nor do the employees they hire.
Good food, wasn't cold (like I've seen some of the other reviews). The staff member that I spoke with was polite. I went for a lunch meal at around 12pm noon, so if there are some impolite staff members (like some of the other reviews have stated) it may be during late shifts
I wish I had taken a picture of the nasty dry hamburger so over cooked and dry the patty was like cardboard. You all need to get some people in there that care about the quality of food you serve, literally hanging by a thread following the footsteps of Burger King I'm sure your numbers are not even where they need to be ...WAKE UP AND BE ACCOUNTABLE !!
I went through the drive-thru at about 10:30 PM and ordered my food. Quick, easy, cool. Pull up to the window and pay for my food. As they hand me my food and card back I start checking the bag. The cashier already closed the window. As I’m checking the bag both cashiers open the window and tell me that all of it is in the bag. I tell them I’m just checking which one of them responds with “well okay I just have a lot going on in here” a little confused since I’m the only car in the parking lot, but I digress. As he starts to shut the window again I find I’m missing some fries. And I’ll be damned if my wife doesn’t get the fries. I say wait I didn’t get my fries, the cashier behind the window guy rolls his eyes and does the whole body flip thing you do when you are annoyed. As the second guy gets the fries the window guy just stares at me. As they go to hand me my fries they give it a little toss (my hand hadn’t left my open window yet to grab them) I had to catch them mid air. He then slams the window shut hard enough to bounce back open a little bit. Long story short. Terrible service, fries were cold and stale immediately after opening the bag that was thrown at me by through the window. I hate to return to this location as I have issues every time, but it’s the closest one.
