Just visited there one employee asked another employee if they added water to the chili,while the cashier said that it smells kinda bunk, welcome to Wendy's folk's,and see Picture for how Wendy's on Broadway treats you a small chili two thirds of the way full,I wanted to go back and well you know.

Stopped in for lunch with my wife and grandson. Waited to place our order. After the gentleman in front of me placed his order, the cashier told us to wait as she had to wipe down the dining room tables. We were the only other customers inside other than the man who had just placed his order. My wife and I were kind of dumbfounded, as the cashier went to the back. She returned with a towel and spray bottle and proceeded to clean the tables. I requested to speak to the manager on duty. As I waited another employee explained to me that the cashier told us to just wait and she was doing her job, like that was ok. When the lady who I guess was some kind of manager, all though she never said what her position was just stared at me and said I apologize. Apologize than just stare like a deer in the headlights. Did not offer to take our order or direct anyone else to take our order. It was at that point I fully understood why these employees thought this was in any way good customer service. And that was our que to leave and go to else ware.
Extremely disgusting. Doesn't look like the place has been cleaned since it first opened. Gave me a tray that they didn't even wipe off, they just stuck a piece of paper on it. Smells straight like Marijuana. They never get your order right. Will tell everyone to stay away from this store. Whoever is the manager of this place needs to be fired, along with half the staff. Should just close this place down.

Ordered a spicy chicken meal and when I got home it was not the spicy chicken . It was a chicken sandwich but not what I ordered. The fries were old and cold but the pineapple mango lemonade was tasty so I guess at least they had that goin for them
This particular Wendy's in our town I had not been in in years. I will not go to any of the others in town. The cashier named Linda was very friendly we got our order in a timely manner. Also while eating I noticed Linda come out and clean the dining room and keep it that way. I spoke to her before I left and the manager and key them know I appreciated her and the way the restaurant was clean and the food was good.
I'm blown away by how positive the crew was. I hope the management team clearly recognizes how lucky they are. Each and every person working tonight made my visit extremely appreciated.

I’ve never left reviews for anywhere before, but this Wendy’s was so dirty and gross that I felt like I needed to. We found hairs in our food. The drinks were flat. The bathrooms were unusable.
Whoever worked drive thru last night, you are great at your job, and please, keep up your great work!
