I usually don't give bad feedback because people need their jobs and we as citizens need to try and keep good restaurant in the neighborhood. But the service and food I received yesterday from the location on (I think it's) 83rd Ashland was awful. The cashier was very pleasant when she finally took my order after standing in line for 18 minutes. (I did time it). Because I was in the drive through but I was just sitting there for a while so I decided to park and go in. After I ordered, it was almost 30 minutes later when I go my food. I think this is unacceptable and I will not be back to that location. I only went to that location because I got off the Metro train 2 blocks away and my sweet nephews wanted some Wendy's. That's the only reason I couldn't leave. I feel I am a patient person but that long wait was unacceptable especially when I'm looking at a whole staff behind the counter. I really like Wendy's food but when I got home, every burger I got in my bag looked like clothes returned to the store after being worn. Mine as well as my family's food was dry and the vegetables on it was wilted. I hope I'm not getting anyone in trouble for my experience but it was not good. I placed 2 separate orders and spent over $50 for both. The food should have been good as well as the service.
Waited in line for 30 minutes, there was only 2 people in front of me. When they finally took my order Dave's single and son of baconator, the patties were over cooked (dry around the edges) and thin as paper and not hot at all.
So out of order! Not professional at all! Drive thur associate could not hear my order because other sales associated so loud. No spoon or staw fir our drinks! Need more training! Line bulid up, people leaving!
Hello I place the order of the cinnamon pull a part ,it was cold it came in a small bowl, and the drive thur was very long.Also the people in front of me they gave them the wrong order so I had to wait even longer to get what I wanted which one of the items they didn't have and that was Carmel Apple Frosty the person who was taken my order didn't no what she said they don't have it it been on tv ads for a week just slow dive thur.

I ordered a spicy chicken meal in the drive thru. Only to get home and it looked like no effort was put into it. Didn't have the extra mayo and 1/3 of a piece of lettuce and not even a whole tomato. Called over ten times with no answer and had to drive back to return it. And the manger was unconcerned so it must be normal at this location. So I guess it's acceptable in this neighborhood.
I told them I had not been to Wendy's in SIX years. I asked for a double hamburger and hot fries. I got a double cheeseburger and cold fries. I asked for hot fries and got reheated old fries. They weren't fresh. Now I know why it's been 6 years. They won't answer the phone. I've called 10 times to complain, so I'm complaining here. I wasted my money after getting off work. That's how they treat a 66 year old woman.
