I ordered a spicy chicken fresh, Dave’s single fresh, large fries fresh, and I diet rb zero vanilla. I was met at the first window by two people one the cashier to check me out and the other person a man working in the kitchen to tell me he had a Dave’s single that just came up and if I wanted that now or for him to throw another burger down to try and match the timing with the spicy chicken. I thought that was a smart question and could tell he was working hard to get our order correct. And it made me feel that our order was gonna be hot and fresh. The Dave’s single wasn’t plain like we had asked but the manager didn’t catch her name. But she was super nice and got it fixed right away. Best Wendy’s experience. This is the A team working at Wendy’s! Food tasted great and great service.
Dave Thomas would be PROUD! Tyler at this location and the night crew around 5:30p we ON! Also, got to observe training by Tyler. So respectful of his trainee. The way things should go. Not one problem and so polite and professional. It's been a long time since we've had at a Wendy's in a very long time. Dining room was clean and well cared for. Thank you.
Wendy's seems to be one of the only good fast food places anymore! They haven't shrunken their sandwiches, and they actually look like the advertised pics. Fast friendly service and the food was fresh and good.
Hot and fresh!! Started going to this location because Troy never has baked potatoes. Tipp city location however has never let me down. Thanks guys
Since Sondra has been manager ( several years now ) this Wendy's ( Tipp City ) has always provided excellent, superior, service & great quality food.... they have always got my order correct ( literally 5+ yrs & never messed an order up ) I can't say enough, how impressed I am with their attention to detail, & how much I appreciate Sondra & her staff... it so refreshing to see a fast food restaurant get things done the right way....!!!! My son brought home food from here. Jr bacon was amazing with fresh ingredients. Fries were still warm and the drink was perfect!
Order was taken quickly inside. Food was ready in a short time. Food was hot and tasted great. 5 for 5 sandwich, nuggets and fries and a drink.
Breakfast baconator taste more like an eggonator. Not worth the price and doesn't look like the picture .
