Yesterday afternoon I went with my sister to buy which she paid with HER husband's card, and for that reason the man with glasses at the window said "it couldn't be done, we won't return it to you for supposed scam" clearly my sister and I got upset because it is HER HUSBAND'S card, the owner of the card arrived and the man refused to return it! We had to call the police to find out that the transaction had been made and it was quite a show for them to still ask us “do you want your order or not?” which the gentleman had first of all said that even target had that “rule” TARGET IS A BIG COMPANY NOT AN ICE CREAM TRAILER which not even the police understood that stupidity and we asked the gentleman if he had a paper where he said all that or an authorization saying that he could retain owner's cards! which lost the business profit and our time waiting for a meal that the man did not even politely say sorry for the misunderstanding.
Really like this place but the service is very slow! There has been a few times when we just drive by because the line just to order is ridiculous long! It can easily take an hour of waiting if not more. Something should be done about this since your business it's growing rapidly.
Terrible place and expensive!!! We paid 20$ for two “strawberries and cream”. Do not waste money and time here. One has bananas all together at the bottom, hard to separate and eat. The other one had Nutella, it was a brown stain around the cup! Not Nutella at all. The “special cream” is just very liquid condensed milk. Terrible! Slow service! Expensive for what they serve! Not parking, there is a big parking lot in front but with a very clear sign that is only for church use.
First time visit tonight. Very friendly staff. The snow cone I got was great! Wait was not too long and they had a place to sit. I’ll definitely be back!
Amazing snow cones and friendly staff. Prices range from $3-5. I love this place so much that I have sometimes made a 30+ minute drive just to get one snow cone. Also, they accept cards so no need to bring cash.
Horrible customer service. My aunt stood in line waiting to be assisted and the person at the window refused to take her order. After a while and as the line grew long he came out and got the order from the person behind her, she asked politely what happened and with an attitude he told her infront of everyone that she needed to be off her phone so she could place the order, to which she explained she was waiting for him to open the window to take her order. She end up leaving without getting her food but that was not necessary, specially when dealing with someone much older than you. Their owners should check their employees approach to the people that buy their products.

With no doubts, you can't find those flavored shaved ice in another place.
