Came here in the drive through and asked what was the difference between the biggie deals and the biggie bags. Instead of them telling me the difference they informed me that the sandwich a specifically inquired about wasn’t part of the deal. I asked why because it’s states that it is on the menu. And has been for months. Please rectify the menu Wendy’s so this won’t be an issue for other customers. If you’re menu has an item for a biggie deal then either worker need to be informed that that just the sandwich but not the full deal of a biggie bag. It shouldn’t even state that it’s a biggie deal if it’s not in the bag. However, it does cause an issue with customer when the menu is stating one thing and the employees are saying something different. Thank you
We got the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag, which was okay, as were the chicken nuggets. Sadly, the fries were barely warm and way too salty. The place was not busy, and we asked for the fries crispy. There were 2 rows of fries just sitting in the "warmer" and they obviously just grabbed 2 of those, which is why they weren't very warm. The store was recently remodeled, so we thought we'd give it try. We probably won't be back.
If you ever wondered how is a prisoner of war treated just visit this “restaurant”. Rude service, didn’t have 1/2 the items I ordered because reasons and even after getting something else instead they gave me the wrong items. Drinks taste like food coloring and water pretty good for those days you just want to punish yourself. Whoever is managing this place, this may not be the place for you. Finally, I’ll do everything in my power avoiding this place like the plague and make a resolution to never go to this place again. PS: I’ll send a letter Google customer service after this begin them to add a “negative” score because that’s what this place deserves.
While the food consistently impresses, the recent experiences with service have been disappointing. A particular staff member, a lady, exhibits a consistently rude attitude, especially when taking orders. The contrast with a male employee is noticeable. If there's any hesitation about the order, she takes over with a dismissive "what you want" attitude. While the establishment's food is excellent, the customer service falls short. It's not Chick-fil-A, and comparisons aside, a friendlier service approach would greatly enhance the overall dining experience. Fast food should not only hit the taste buds but also be served with a side of good customer service.
I wanted a single cheeseburger with onion and ketchup. The lady asked me what I didn’t want on it. I told her what I wanted on it. I don’t know all of the toppings for a burger! I said no onion no lettuce no mayo. I forgot to say I didn’t want pickles. Told her again what I wanted. I get the burger and it has pickles and whatever else I didn’t say to not put it on it. She said did you say you didn’t want pickles. The answer was No! Next time I pass your store! Fries are always nasty but you all were very fast at getting us out of your way!

I will NEVER return the service is HORRIble and its starts from the management. I would not go again. Don’t go unless you want rude service and angry people serving your food.
Update:I went to wendys on 3/05/2024 for dinner at 6pm ish. I got a classic burger meal with frosty. THE NEW updated Wendy's is very nice and I can finally say their service was great and greeted me nicely and my meal was perfect and delicious. IM UPDATED MY REVEIW TO REFLECT the major improvement. ILL BE GOING back in the future.
My chicken sandwich was burnt. IT WAS LIKE I WAS SITTING FOR SEVERAL HOUR'S. IT WAS SO HARD I ALMOST CHIPPED MY TOOTH TAKING A BITE FROM THE SANDWICH. ILL NEVER GOTO THAT ONE EVER AGAIN. WHO EVER RUNS THAT PLACE IS GOING TO GIVES WENDYS A BAD NAME .
Update: they closed that Wendy's down and upgraded it to the new look. It was completely remodeled. I'm going try to give them another chance. I CAN ONLY HOPE ITS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. WE SHALL see soon.I assuming it would be much better. I usually only leave good perfect reviews and if they are not good don't leave anything. That's how I do it usually and I've been doing that ever since I used Google maps. I LOST track of how long ago that was though lol as for there hours I can say I went to get breakfast before work around 4:30am and they weren't open yet. So when I go Soon I'll check their posted hours.
