We Were the only customers on this Saturday evening. So weh ad the whole place for
ourselves. Took two combo meals and paid around 20$. Food was decent and staff was
friendly.
Worst experience ever. I made an online order but an item was unavailable due to the late order (about an hour before closing): sure, understandable. They asked if I wanted to substitute it with a different item so I gave it some thought and ended up asking if I could just get a refund. They said they could do it but kept pushing to suggest the substitution. I ended up with a substitution and had to wait so long for my order when there was only one other customer. When I finally received my order, the requested sauces weren't in the bag, everything was smothered in grease, fries cold as a rock, drink was flat and bitter, and buns were burnt black. Never returning.
Worst experience ever. First of all the order took almost twenty minutes to complete for a ingle utter. Employee came to the counter and said that they were short staffed and there’s nothing he can do about it. I asked for a Baconator as a lettuce wrap. The employee put my food in the bag, and when I walked away, he thought I was going to leave. However, I went and sat down to eat my food, and as I open my bag I saw with the burger look like. He immediately caught my attention and asked for me to come back. I was irritated and late for my appointment and I just wanted to get this experience over. Look at the burger and tell me if this looks like a lettuce wrap. No pickles were included and he didn’t even put the condiments on the burger. Why offer a lettuce wrap if the employees aren’t trained to be able to do it. If I could give negative stars, I would.
This is the worst Wendy's I have visited. The chili's meat tasted old, the nuggets were dry and cold. They forgot my sauce, I had to go back to get it. Baked potato tasted like it was baked 1 week ago. Overall terrible experience.
I was never going back to this store 8/9 months ago! I’m glad I went in tonight cause things have changed. Service was great, food was fresh and tasty, things were how they are supposed to be. They’ve made some changes with employees that actually treat you like a valued customer. This store has made major improvements and it shows. I recommend this location.
The food was good, but expensive. A Small bacon cheese burger, fries, small drink for $7+, and this was their app deal!? Other fast food places were cheaper or more for the same price.
The place was just unclean...period. Soda bar, condiment bar, tables, the whole place was disgusting, including the bathroom! Food was not good, no taste, fries cold, and lettuce rotten. Thank goodness we didn't get sick!
The health department should close it down!!!
I never walked inside any Wendy's but the day I did was the last time I would ever eat at such a place...the establishment had a faint smell of sewage as if there was an open drain in the kitchen, staff was extremely unhappy to be there and this reflects in the attitude.
