Most careless Wendys in America. I literally ordered Uber Eats from these dudes 10 times…I always order chicken nuggets and ask for barbecue sauce. Out of the 10 times, I haven’t received barbecue sauce once. The manager must be careless. The employees must be even more careless. Yall don’t take people condiments seriously. I’m one person who only orders because I actually like the barbecue sauce. Yeah I got barbecue sauce at home but you careless employees need to read the whole order and Stop forgetting peoples sauces/condiments. Hope yall get fired. I was nice not to say nothing the first 9 times.
I just wanted a Dave’s single. I came through the drive thru and ordered a two small and one large Sprite. When I get to the window my LARGE sprite was half way full and none of my sprites had Ice. R u so serious.?
Terrible service pre and post renovations. Drive thru is the only option most days. Most recently, I ordered a Southwest Avocado salad which I order multiple times per week (it's so good I put up with the long lines and service). Got home and noticed there was no bacon. Called several times, no answer. I went back today for a refund. They offered a replacement. I checked the salad before leaving just to see they added what looks like a tablespoon of avocado, which would be fine if that was the norm. Again, I order this salad multiple times/week. See pics for the normal salad vs what I got today after complaining (bonus points if you can even spot the avocado on today's salad). I asked for more avocado and they gave me a small condiment container with a little more. They barely even gave me any cheese. Is this what happens when you tell them you didn't get what you ordered AND PAID FOR??? This location is a joke.
There are times when the food here is fairly decent and delivered in a timely manor, but that is usually when it is not busy with lots customers. During the busy times of the day, this place gets backlogged super easily and can take longer than 30 minutes to have your order ready.
However, even during the more chill times of the day, things are still likely to have problems. Most notably, I have had experiences where I would say at the Drive Thru kiosk that I have a mobile order, and for some reason they would think I am picking up for an Uber delivery as opposed to picking up for myself. In times like those, they'll tell me to pull up past the pick up window and wait in front for an unnecessarily long time before they realized their mistake.
This place is not bad all the time, especially when it's not busy. 65% of the time, you'll have a decent quality you can generally expect from Wendy's. But don't be surprised if anything given element with the food or service goes sideways for the other 35%.
The customer service used to be really the best in the morning here(not sure now). But the other day i had the whole family with me, we had an event we had to be at starting 5pm it was 45 mins away. We stopped here with 15 minutes to spare knowing we would be a few minutes late. They take our order at the driver through speaker. Got to the 1st window and had to repeat the order, they said okay before we finished telling them. Someone came and asked us again... Again we didnt finish telling them they said okay, we paid and pulled forward. Why did that happen 3 more times at the 2nd window with two different employees. While they were laughing and joking, standing around not working. They still didnt complete our order, we ended up having to pay again (taxed again) for two meals they kept missing because they never took the time to listen. And we were so patient. I was shocked they didn't offer us some extras. This would never happen at chick fila. Im just saying
Been coming to this location every so often over the years just to see if things changed at this location. Today was the first time n a while ive been,things are still the same. I ordered the asiago ranch they gave me wrong sandwich. Went inside to exhange they slapped cheese in and gave me side of ranch in a cup. They renovated but rhe staff is what need s to be updated
all Mexican staff that’s racist they don’t respect your time. Especially if you’re black came here to pick up a DoorDash order don’t come here. I don’t recommend it.
Ordered a ???? ???? nator ???? ???? on my sandwich wth got all the way to my destination and it's just ???? ???? so ???? but other than that pretty basic Wendy's
