Don’t waste your money on these New Grilled chicken ranch wrap. The chicken is nasty and not worth the money. Cold Fries Never again will I order from there. Service suck. Always missing something on order or not satisfied!!
I had a disappointing experience at Wendy's today at 6:45pm. The menu display had no light and the area in general it’s very dark and you can’t even see the menu at all, it appeared to be out of service. I pulled up to the first window, they couldn’t take my order there and I was told to go around again and wait. I had to do it back where the menu was. Despite explaining my confusion, no one responded when I stopped at the window. This was not a satisfactory experience.
You know when you visit Wendy's, it's going to take a little while to get your order. so don't go if you're in a time crunch. However, the food is fresh, hot and delicious. Only a hand full of times have my fries been sibpar.
Today 4.21.24... 830pm...the one that was supervising this day. Should be fired before the store gets run into the ground. Not only did the supervisor hand me my bag the receipt was stable to it and still everything in the bag was wrong. Missing fries clearly on receipt.. no cheese pn burger on receipt and guess what the burger had. The chicken sandwiches have gone from thick and juicy to flat a nothing but breading... Total shyt is what wendys or this location have gone to. Damn shame
This place is ran by dirty teenagers who close the store at 8 pm turn the lights off and sit in the kitchen like they are working on a Saturday night when it says they are open until 3 am . This place needs to be shut down. 4 times in a row is insane. Might as not be in business . Don't waste your time m
4 people 62 bucks and none of the food looked like the pictures. It tasted good but if you’re going to charge me premium prices at least do a better job putting the food together.
It took 15 minutes for them to take my order and i was the only one in line. I'll never visit the Wendy's on Allen Street again. The mornings are the worst when it comes to customer service.
I dined in for breakfast while waiting for the RMV to open. One of the staff must have not of known that I was there because every other word from her mouth was an F bomb! It did not effect my experience negatively bot I'm a down to earth type. TY
