Pulled up there at 11 PM tonight.When they said they were open to 12am The loudspeaker came on and said One moment please.Also we're always doing doordash and online delivery orders. After about an hour and ten minutes when we decided to maybe They are not open.They came online and asked if we needed help.So yes we're thinking of getting order and that's when I said we're only doing online and delivery orders. Well then why don't they change The hours posted online because now I have A 8-year-old son.That's cranky because he's not getting the food that he wanted when it's late at night and we haven't had a chance to eat. He said he hates Wendy.'s he'll never go there again
Soon as I walked in I was assisted by an older employee who treated me very well. I greatly appreciate that he stopped what he was doing and I was served fast. My son ate that burger quick. Good stuff
Went through drive thru as there was no one in line. Person taking the order was very courteous. Pulled around paid and then it began, I apologize she said we are out of all sauces. I repeated all sauces and she answered yes. I took my food and drove away. My mistake for not checking order at that time. Worst food ever the hamburger patties were so dry and hard. The fries were hard and cold. Will not visit the Wendy’s in Oakleaf. I should have looked at the reviews. Do better please.
Always so slow. Lived in this area for years and they have yet to get any better. I don't know what it is about this Wendy's that teens like so much to work at but because of that their service is terrible. They need to fire the entire team and replace them with ones that will actually do their job. They get your orders wrong too and are incredibly rude. They just don't care. Management - DO BETTER!
04/5/24-This location is absolutely horrible and has been for years!!! ALL these negative reviews and still nothing has changed! It's mostly the night crew! Pulled up at 1015pm and was told there would be a 15 minute wait due to shift change. Drove by and the staff is sitting around talking and playing. My daughter came back 20 mins later and still had to wait and was told they were only accepting cash and the frosty machine was down! It's interesting it's always down at night but functioning well during the day! Whoever owns this particular location could care less about who they hire and how the store is ran which is evident by the bad reviews!! Smh
How do you wait to let me after I get my order that you are out of something then do nothing or offer nothing to fix it. Better yet I had to ask myself why they were missing something instead of them telling me outright. Then the food is cold upon receiving, not even warm just cold.
If i could give them a negative 10 i would. No line at all and took them 8 min to take a drive thru order for kids meal. Then get to window pay and pull me to door.. there is one car behind me and not a soul has been in front!! Get people who want to work!!
Gotta say as I live just up the road and really like Wendy’s, that most of these negative reviews are somewhat true. But today 11/24 I received the most pleasant order taker, great people at the window, fast service even ordered custom burger for my grandson and from ordering to finish was under 2 minutes. Whoever’s on board today, congrats and keep up the good work! Thank you all for great service today. Much appreciated.
