My wife went here Thursday night to surprise me with a Baconator sandwich and there was a few crumbles of bacon on it that didn't even add up to 1 piece of bacon. My wife paid a lot of money for not only my food but both our daughters as well. This disgusted me and it was beyond pathetic. I was highly upset! So I called to speak to a manager, and she was extremely nasty to me and said to deal with it. I will never eat at this business again!!! 0/0 DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!! I'm contacting corporate
Food tasted good but they put so much condiments on it I had to wipe some off. Couldn't keep my burger stacked as it slid all over while it oozed Ketchup, mayo & Mustard all over my hands.
Also both their drink machines and the station where lids, napkins and Ketchup were disgustingly dirty.
I usually do not leave reviews, but in this case I made an exception. With the quality, quantity, and service of fast food restaurants in serious decline this is near the bottom. With the price of food at these places now, you should expect to get what you order. I ordered a LARGE breakfast meal and after I left and got to my office to eat, this is what I pulled out of the bag. Almost HALF of the amount that should have been there. This is just pathetic.
This location is always busy. The drive thru line usually wraps around the building at all different times of the day. So, that should speak volumes about the food their serving. They need to build a bigger building to handle customers faster or maybe open another location nearby.
I made a BIGGIE mistake ordering from here. The only thing in my entire mall that was warm was my drink. Dave’s double was ice cold, squashed and hard as a rock, my fries were colder and as hard as hypodermic needles, my nuggets could easily have passed for coal in a mine. What the hell, what are you mooks doing in there? Not to mention DoorDash refused to refund me at all, or even give me credits towards a new meal. Don’t eat here unless you like getting screwed, and not in a pleasurable way.
Personally will never eat here again , so we roll up to the drive thru about 12:30 in the afternoon we order our food we get to the window and we pay we received the wrong food and my ole lady had to go in and get the correct food so we are sitting there trying to eat and I had a weird feeling with every bite I took I started feeling sick but figured maybe it was because I hadn’t ate however about 7 hours later my stomach started hurting I couldn’t get comfortable so I tried to lay down then I woke up puking for hours a fever of 101.0 and constantly in the bathroom…. With that being said getting checked out the next day it’s proven to be good Posioning… maybe if this place cares about customers and so on we wouldn’t have these issues completely never will return…
Stuck in a drive thru that won't move. Great job for having this as an option for mobile orders. The only reason the line has moved in 10 minutes is other people decided to leave. I remember why I stopped coming here
Had to wait 10 minutes for them to make potatoes. I had to move forward and wait. When they brought it out didn't bring my milk with it. I was in a hurry and didn't think about it at that moment. Went back 2 days later and was told "I'm sorry you should have called".
