This is absolutely ridiculous. The store says that door dash is responsible for making sure the order is correct. Door dash says the restaurant is responsible for making sure the order is correct. And then when you file a complaint on the door dash app, they give you pennies back. If I'm paying extra for things to be on my burger/sandwich/whatever, I would hope that someone actually looks at the order and makes it correctly. The restaurant says it is the dashers responsibility to double check the order- then why does the restaurant seal the bags and yell at them if they try to check it?
Stopped by here after a movie with the kids. Everything would have been moderately fine for fast food, except it definitely wasn't fast and the fries-just stood watching them sit there for 7 minutes after they were finally prepared-were tough and cold. But the big problem was when I ordered a Baconator. The picture suggested that I'd be overloaded with 6 strips of bacon. What I got was something I had to dissect to determine if it even had bacon. It had 4 very small pieces. I just took it back up and asked if it was the sandwich I ordered. She said yes. So I asked if it looked anything like the picture. She just tells me it's the correct sandwich. I foolishly expected some little apology or something. But no, nothing. So I asked for my money back. No sorry, just processed the refund with no communication. Sad to operate like this.
They decide when they want to mess with frostys or any type of ice cream. When you order online they always mess something up. Dinner is usually closed
Haven't been to the Russell Springs Wendy's in months and shouldn't have risked it today. All sauces were forgotten and our burgers were raw in the middle, something I never would have expected since the patties are so thin.
I was allowed to have a Frosty-cinno for the drink with my "$2 off on any combo" coupon.
Couldn't tell for sure if open until someone answered the speaker as it appeared the indoor lights were out. Out of regular nuggets. Only spicy nuggets. Only allowed to order 10 pc. Had to get.kid cheeseburger which she normally likes but said was gross and didn't eat.
Food tastes good and order was accurate, what more could I want
This Wendy's really needs a makeover in many ways. You never know if this place is open as they do not turn on any lights outside even on the menu board. I feel it's in hopes they will not have to wait on people if they drive off.
