My visit to Wendy's went well. The place was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The two ladies working were great for being the only workers at the time. Yeah I had to wait a couple minutes longer than normal but they Rocked! I ordered my breakfast just as they had the line changed to cook lunch. Without hesitation or a negative word, they cook my breakfast fresh. I hope the area and store management can see the diamonds they have.
I understand it is fast food and that my expectations for what I'm paying for, should not be very high to begin with. However I have never been more amazed that I have at this Wendy's location. Between the completely uninterested employees, the unavailability of half of the menu items, in the general inability to do the job correctly and get my order correct. This place truly floors me. I could not imagine a worse location to spend my money. A Very hard lesson to learn.
Food would have been fine if they could’ve got my order right after three tries. Ask for a refund And the woman threw the change in my hand and on the counter. I suggest looking at the other options on the road before coming here to get attitude because they screwed up.
Waiting on my order of a sausage biscuit and fries 10 min asked for ketchup and mayo didn't get either 9.20 am 1 car in front of me. Looked like at least 4 people on the front, not sure about the cooks but this needs to be at the window in 1 or 2 min.no need to send people to the wait spotb
I think they got the sandwich right. Except it was a ghost pepper chicken sandwich that was not even slightly spicy. (????) The other part of the order was Diet Coke and a request for extra ketchup packets. So they gave me lemonade to drink. I told them it was supposed to be Diet Coke so they had me GIVE BACK the lemonade and they gave me a Diet Coke instead. I looked into the bag but couldn’t see past the fries very well. And when I got home… wait for it… NO ketchup packets!!! There’s basically no drive thru on 4th Street N that can do anything correctly.
I went around 9pm on 4/29. Drive thru was incredibly slow. I normally preorder through the app at other locations but it would never load for this one. My order was small and not complicated- nuggets and fries. They were out of baked potatoes. They had me pull up after paying and I waited there for more than 10 minutes. I was not given a receipt or even the option for one. They did not include sauces that I requested and the nuggets looked like they had been mauled. By the time I realized this, it was too late to ask the lady who brought it out and the line was already too long to go back around since the lobby was closed. Next time I will drive further to a different location.
Ordered Dave's double, got 2 patties w/1 piece of cheese, NO condiments.. Really?!?
Also Ordered plain baked potato.... they were out. They were out of tomatoes, pickles, onions and lettuce. They used salad lettuce for the other burgers. Fries wrer so old, they were hollow. Seriously.... get your act together otherwise close the store. My lord, we Ordered Normal items. Sad, so sad. Ill also contact corporate and let them know, but it's probably a franchise. For the love of God STAY CLEAR OF THIS WENDY'S.
To give this place an honest review, I must tell it like it is. The service of this location has really gone down hill. Sadly I'm finding most chain restaurants, and fast food places are trending the same way. The people at the window are not very personable. I'd recommend going to a smaller mom and pop type of place.
